This property has all the makings to be a wonderful ApartHotel accommodations. It’s not to my standard as far as cleanliness, once you check in you’re pretty much on your own, no one is checking in to see if you need anything or how your stay is going. You also need to replenish your own cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towel and if you need to wash your sheets or towels, you’ll have to do that yourself. And you’ll need to buy laundry detergent. The door does not close just by shutting it when you’re exiting, you have to scan your key card one to two times and check the handle to make sure that it locks securely. I learned this after leaving the door open for a full day and returning to discover this. Luckily, nothing happened as it is a relatively safe building however, you never know when there could be a rogue element at play. There is access to the parking garage on the very floor that you’re staying on and it would be so convenient to just park there and access your floor from there however, there is no instructions to do so nor access provided so You have to take the long way to and from your car if you have a Car Rental in the public parking garage. From a product development and quality standpoint, the apartments should be deep, cleaned and very sanitary. That will go a very long way for guest satisfaction. Also the Internet connection Was Shoddy

Place was located perfectly, a lot of things in downtown and Brickell. Place was clean and easy to find and access.

Stayed there with my family for 4 nights. Building quality is pretty good overall and location is decent as well. However the apt is not well maintained. Firstly the apt wasnt fully cleaned when we checked in. There were long hair all over the bathroom and one bedroom floor. The beds were uncomfortable and very lightweight. Air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms didnt work. I called several times before someone picked up and acknowledged the complaint. They did send someone but the person couldnt figure out the reason. He just cleaned up the airducts. By the way airducts were very dirty as if no one cleaned them for a year. Checkin and checkout were smooth. The experience would be much better if people managing the property keep a close watch on maintenence and cleaning crew.

Great location, it was in the center of everything you can find. The cleaniness of the apartment not so much. Walls, switches, and bathroom were dirty. Our oven didn't work. The phone number that was provided for help was not helpful, couldn't get a hold of anyone.

Apartment style. Nice view. Clean. I will say the apartment smelled like fish and couldn’t get rid of the smell. Couldn’t find where it was coming from. 2nd bedroom didn’t have a tv.

Have photos of our stay while at hotel. First night we got there we had to mop and clean it all ourselves. Our apartment WAS NOT clean at all or even prepared for our arrival. We found broken finger nails and hair on the floor. There was no oven pan in the room so we couldn’t use the oven at all.

We enjoyed the location. Very convenient for walking around, taxi and public transportation. Pool and all the amenities are great. Just couple of thing…when we checked in and got to our studio apartment, we found a dirty towel on the bathroom door. Also, queen bed was too small for us and too soft, but it’s not a big deal. Still, If we ever visit Miami again, we will definitely consider this place again. Thank you.

This property is located in a prime location, just a short walk to the arena, shopping, bowling, Bayside Marketplace, 24 hr CVS, public transportation, and numerous other attractions/restaurants. The studio was modern, clean and spacious. Highlights: The studio is roomy and comfortable, equipped with all the essential amenities including a refrigerator and oven. The addition of a washer and dryer is a fantastic bonus. Drawbacks: The bathroom design could use improvement, as water from the shower tends to accumulate outside the shower into the restroom floor instead of draining efficiently into the shower area. The owner can simply fix it by installing an inexpensive water strip seal. Overall, we will definitely pleased with the studio and property. Definitely will stay again.

Good location. Poor facility and hotel management: wait nearly 1 hour for room keys, booked one queen and one twin but gave a room with only one bed, called many times to change but only promised to change at the last day of stay.

Loved the location.

Chose this location due to it's proximity to the Kesaya Center. It's near the metro mover, and there are several dining options walking distance. There is a CVS 2 blocks from the facility, which was nice for stocking up on essentials. The concierge were friendly, but it is worth noting that their role does not involve support for any issues with your room~you must call the rental management company. The pool and workout facilities were nice, and there was a convenience/snack store in the facility as well. Our room included basic kitchen ware for cooking, coffee maker, etc. If you plan to use the sofa sleeper, check that you have the bedding for it when you check in. Ours did not, and it was fairly late when we realized that.
