Very nice

The property was clean and had lots of different eating options in the casino

The check was amazing. The front desk allowed me to check in early. Amazing staff and an amazing room.

I stayed at the Gold Coast in 1998, 1999, and 2001 for Viva Las Vegas, and at the Orleans in subsequent years. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and service.

Like perhaps all casinos, they are geared toward removing your money from your wallet, so of course, one has to travel through the stinky gas chamber to arrive and depart from one's room. Still, the staff we encountered were all friendly and the room was very clean.

It was not overcrowded or too loud but very fun. Lots of game choices with open spots. Fun bingo too. Pool was nice with plenty of lounges available. There was a nice little poolside bar.

On check in the clerk informed us she getting off in" five minutes, card " i gave her my players card and ID ... "No card you paid with " ok i had a couple of questions was able to ask one than i was dismissed. We stay here at least once a years if not more ,because they have staff that has been there as long as we have been going that are excellent and thats why we keep going . Its unfortunate that but its the first impression is what you remember .

Great restaurant and parking

This place was great. We had no issues. Place was clean, room was nice. Food options were good. The only thing was is that the room didn’t have a coffee maker. But other than that, it was amazing.

It was what it needed to be. The vending machine and ice machine on our floor did not work, and our key cards kept deactivating at terrible times, trapping us out of our room more than once.

Everything went smoothly. Staff was friendly and helpful 🙂

We love staying at the Gold Coast but it seems every time we go it's under construction somewhere...

The shuttle to the Orleans was convenient, but where to catch it was confusing and frustrating. Which there was signage were to stand for it.

Service cleanliness

I enjoyed my stay at Gold Coast Las Vegas. It was my first time to Las Vegas. Room was very clean. TV was good. Most importantly the WiFi was good. I had read many reviews complaining about the WiFi but it worked fine (Laptop for work, tablet & second monitor streaming, and TV with YouTube playing). Air conditioning was good. Shower was easier to operate and the window made it de stream quickly. Bed was a very soft as was the pillows, which wasn't the greatest. Walking from outside to the room was a bit of a walk but okay. Elevators worked everyday except the last two. 2 of the 4 elevators stopped working. Which causes a long line getting up tge elevator and slow going down. I was on the 8th floor for reference. The only big negative was the do not disturb sign. They have a letter in the room that if you leave the do not disturb sign out two days in a row, security will do a wellness check. So since I didn't use the do not disturb sign housekeeping knocked on the door waking me up every morning between 8-9am. So if you sleep in after having fun at night in Las Vegas unless you are a deep sleeper housekeeping will wake you up. I wish there was a come back in the afternoon sign. As housekeeping would come back in the afternoon after noticing you asleep in bed. They took away the garbage everyday and new towels each day. Cleaned the room every 3 days. It's walkable to the Rio & Palms. As well as Walgreens, Denny's, Sonic , & ChikFilA. I would return here if I went to LV

The room was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfy. I would recommend the stay here.

It a nice place and the Bellman Shaka is fine as heck and amazingly helpful!
