Not a very good experience. Wasn't able to check in until 5 hours after check in time. Was told the night would be free of charge, but was I still charged. And after trying to chase this issue up,I've had no follow up from the hotel for since January. Staff at the bar were lovely.

Room was not ready till 5pm. We waited in the lobby. Then we were sent to the wrong tower. Finally in our room 1hr 15mins after arriving. The room views were amazing!

Liked the service, food, and facilities (pool, gym, and weekend intertainment). Did not like sink outside bathroom shower and toilet. It was separated by sliding door.
