We enjoyed our stayed for the weekend. Love the fact they were next door/walking distance to the Southpoint Hotel and they had so many options of food and entertainment for the night or day. We also able to get a Uber for our concert with no issues. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would recommend staying here again.

Jessica at the front desk was cold and rude. I've been an Assistant General Manager for IHG hotels for the last 13 years and I would be mortified if my staff was this uninviting to guests. The washing machine should come with a manual. I spent unnecessary time looking up videos on how to use it. My clothes were stuck inside the machine. When we called about a late check-out, the front desk agent was once again very rude. I completely understand properties unable to accommodate late check-out's especially on Sunday's but it was the attitude from the staff once again that was displeasing. So I threw my soaking wet clothes in my luggage and left. The shuttle driver that gave us a ride to our building was fantastic! He was very friendly and had a positive attitude. You can tell the housekeeping team work very hard and pay attention to detail, the room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms we've stayed in. Unfortunately, the rude staff left a stain on our Vegas trip and we will never stay at Grandview again.

I loved my stay, great place, good service.The problem: 10 days have passed by and the 150 deposit they asked for during check in, has not been refunded, My Bank says the Grandview made the charge, the Grandview says it is my bank's problem. The Grandview just says "I havenot charged" but it doesnot solves my problem when I have an statement from my bank that says otherwise. So it is a problem, and I am not the only one, I saw a lot ot guests complaining about the same kind of things when I was checking in (but I thought with me would be different). While you are there, you enjoyed your vacations, but once it is over.. the true long way begins.

Checking in was a nightmare. Our keys didn't work. They sent security up, but they didn't realize we were at the wrong room. Then only half the keys worked so we went down again, where they realized we were in the wrong room. We had to move three kids at 1AM. On top of that, they sent someone else to check into the room we were moving stuff out of and already had kids in the sofa bed. I feel bad they messed up so much. They offered a bottle of wine and late checkout, but we didn't need late checkout and they never sent the wine. They sent security up the next time with our party to find the room and check the keys, but that person told us she was worried the rooms may not be clean. It didn't feel like the staff were a team at all. A refrigerator didn't work in one of the rooms and the hair dryer didn't work in the other. It was all around a really terrible experience which is unfortunate because the rooms are great (though thin walls), a huge tub, and kitchen areas with basics.

Check in was busy, but organized. My suite was well equipped. The lights above the sinks in the bathroom need cleaning. Did not notice the dust in that are until day 2. Convenient to food and entertainment.

Property is very busy but the room itself is quiet. Room was clean and the south point is right there if you want food. We did the kiddie pool which is only two feet deep and has a splash area. Room itself is nice same with the location. the staff though is terrible. We needed bedding for the pull out bed and it was not in the room. we checked the other two rooms that we knew people where staying in and it was not in any of them. We called 4 times between 7:00 pm and 10:30 pm to get bedding. we were also told a manager would call us and it never happened. the Staff at the front desk said there is nothing they can do for compensation since they do not control the property. We might stay again if the staff can get there act fixed.

Its big and with own kitchen . Quite and safe. Very close to Southcoast Casino is a plus. I think the sofa pillow and blanket looks like not wash . Although i did not use it . Other than that its all good.
