The room was roasting hot when I first walked in. I turned the AC on and it was rattling. The Expedia ad said it had a breakfast included, but there was no breakfast.

The day shift person we had to deal with was inexperienced and not interested in doing a good job. Our room was not ready when we arrived, we had to wait nearly an hour. Then the room was clean but toxic with fumes from cleaning fluids. It was a real bummer to have to deal with such a poor employee. Serious bummer. .

They do not have a breakfast at this time, or least they didn’t on the morning of our trip. You can tell that it has recently been naught and they are working on getting the hotel back up and in good standings. They just aren’t quite there yet

The Hot water was NOT working when I arrived Saturday night, they said they just had a new pump installed 30 minutes earlier, just give us another 10-15 minutes. No shower Saturday night after skiing all day. The next morning, No Hot Water Sunday morning at 6:05am as I tried to prepare the next day. I checked out early, I'm not going another day without a hot shower.

No breakfast despite advertised. Our door didn’t lock, stains, even random rx pills found on the floor I had to toss so my kids didn’t get them… elevator was broken but instead of shutting it off they let it run the entire night opening and closing super loud. Would not wish this spot on anyone’s stay in such a beautiful area.
