Front desk wonderful, breakfast needs better warmers to keep food hot not like warm. Suggest exhaust vents in bathrooms.

We did not stay and should be credited back what was paid. Room was not ready until 4:30pm and smelled so much of cleaning chemicals that my asthmatic wife couldn’t breathe. Next room they gave us had bugs on the floor and mold/mildew on the ceiling. Wife is very sensitive so this was not going to work either. Very disappointed

When I booked the hotel I left a message stating I had two large dogs and wished to be notified if there was anything I needed to know. No response. When we arrived Shamar, the manager (according to him), told me I owed $150 for the dogs to stay. The website has no written fee for the dogs. I had him look and when he couldn't find anywhere that it showed a fee he told me that "everyone knows there's a fee." He then told me that because I used hotels.com, it wasn't there problem and I'd have to contact them. I'd been on the road for 12 hours at that time and he was refusing to check me in without the dog fee, though the room was pre-paid. He finally offered to charge me for one dog, which I paid, but I still have a sour taste in my mouth over the way I was treated. If you don't book through their website, you are a second class guess, less important than other guests. There is no mention of a fee for pets, only "Pets Welcome." I would not recommend this place for several reasons, but mostly because there is no empathy for guests who have been on the road for a long time.

I didn't enjoy my stay at all. The whole room floor was wet all day till I checked out they gave me towels to dry it up but it didn't help at 5am almost bust my butt going to the bathroom

The property was very nice. Perfect for a weekend family gathering. Looking forward to planning our next visit to the same property.

Property cleanliness

The front desk refuses to give me a receipt when I booked on Expedia or Hotels.com (which are the same). They tell me to get it off the Expedia site. The receipt on their sites is not itemized and not acceptable to use as an expense receipt for work.

Lovely facility.

The floor in our room was oily, just nasty, the bed was awful. The dinning room furniture was stained and dirty, just didn't feel comfortable eating there. The staff was nice and helpful.

So far so good. Very beautiful Hampton. Room is very modern and has 2 really nice chairs, bed and pillows are nice.

My stay was nice indeed. The breakfast was great and all staff was kind!!! This hotel should be on your gps, if a home away from home is needed!! Augusta Hampton new favorite!!! Thank you!!!

Pool area and lobby were pretty. Surrounding areas not so much. Could look at a field out our window and watch a group of unhoused folks living outback.

Things were ok... Checked in late was told I didn't have reservations and once found was never told breakfast or checkout time.... Bathroom had a little mold in shower I used a towel inside shower. The rep at checkout was very nice

Great property, friendly staff, and surprisingly good breakfast! The only thing I did not like was that you pass through the dingy Red Roof Inn before getting to your hotel hidden behind it.
