Hampton Inn and Suites Fort Myers Beach/Sanibel Gateway

Hotel em condições boas, porém muito diferente da qualidade presente em outros hotéis da mesma rede. Sai do mesmo hotel em Naples e a qualidade é totalmente diferente. Deixou a desejar em limpeza, tratamento, qualidade do café da manhã e etc. Deixou a desejar sobre muitos aspectos que são bons em outros hotéis da mesma rede e que foram omitidos por esse hotel.

Great location and breakfast is always good. My a/c want working in the living room and there was a mold smell by the elevator downstairs.

Staff members were very kind, and they had a pretty good breakfast, but the building is old, the room that we were styiing in had cracks on the wall, and the bath tubs had rust stains.

Clean, wonderful staff, fantastic breakfast! Very nice. Also, we were referred to a place for dinner, and appreciated that.

The property was well maintained and clean. The front desk staff was amazing! :) We will be back!

My review of The Hampton Inn Fort Myers / Sanibel FL hotel A + The hotel has a big Pool, small exercise room & meeting and event rooms. We had a 9 day stay And two connecting rooms . One was a 2 beds the other a suite up grade . Warm Greetings when you arrive. The rooms were clean and a good size. The 2 beds room included a small fridge, microwave and the other 1 queen bed suite had a mini kitchen full fridge , stove top, sink and living room area . Also a pull out sofa, was soft and comfortable. . Fresh towels daily The staff all of them including the cleaning service staff , and specially the front desk staff were nice and attentive . Chavone, Jesse, Carla and Todd were GREAT and went above and beyond. Always there and on top of the service. The breakfast was warm every morning and delicious included.. Daily room service. I can't say enough. We will definitely be returning and recommend to our friends and family . Customers are their TOP Priority to make sure you are Happy with your stay . This to me has always been top priority the service a hotel provides. . Taco Bell steps from the hotel and Walmart. Beaches and Sanibel with in driving district distance. Thank you to all and will be staying again.

The property was clean

We went for a 3 day weekend and our stay was amazing. The room was incredibly clean, and the breakfast was more than you could expect for continental breakfast. The front desk and all staff were very welcoming and very friendly. Jessie checked us in and helped us with a tip on a great beach day as well. The location of the hotel was also better than we anticipated. The beach was less than a 10 minute drive and there are plenty of food options and grocery store options as well. Highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay and will return on our next trip to Florida. Rooms were well kept and welcoming. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a pleasure too.

This Hampton Inn was very nice and new, and the manager was very helpful upon check-in. This cost was low compared to another place we stayed on our journey, but it offered everything we needed and a daily breakfast that was not just pastries. We would definitely choose this over the more expensive alternative in the future.
