Hampton Inn and Suites Houston/Clear Lake-Nasa Area

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed 3 nights. The staff was extremely nice and the breakfast was amazing. The pool was decent. If I had to say one thing to improve on, was the room was really muggy and didnt really get cold, but it was comfortable for 3 nights. I would stay here again. Location was great as well.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Facility was very well maintained and clean.

Check in was easy and quick. A nice selection of foods to eat for breakfast. Clean rooms and staff was very helpful.

The beds were comfortable, but the sheets were too small. In the middle of the night the fitted sheet kept coming undone. Also, they only stocked the room with 3 towels for 4 people,

Very professional and nice front desk. Marika was THE BEST and so accomodating. Breakfast was good, room was clean and even smelled wonderful. Everyone at the hotel was nice.

Late check in , had to ask 3 time to check in but room was never ready, pool water was murky , the was mold on the ceiling of the room

The swimming pool was dirty . The restroom was not working. Water handle in shower was broken and so was the door to the rr.

Hotel was good. Ceilings are very low and elevators were looking kind of worn out. Overall nice and in a good area

I really like the convenience of where the hotel is located in regards of what we wanted to visit between Houston and Galveston. I like the set up of a small kitchen and sofa bed. What I didn't like was we had a room that wasn't renovated yet. There was a crack in the shower and the air conditioner wasn't initially working but they fixed it in a timely manner. The manager was nice and resolved any issues we had. My main issue was the worker in the breakfast area assuming I was stealing food. I have 2 kids and it was easier to take food back to the room and eat in the dining table in our room. I did this to give them time to wake up. The worker saw me come from the elevator and asked if I was staying there. She asked for my room key, asked what room I was staying in, and still didn't believe me. She even went up to the front desk I'm guessing to see if I was telling the truth. I told the front desk lady to verify me if she needed. We stayed a week and I felt like I wasn't welcomed to get breakfast. I had to have my husband go down there the rest of the days. Since we have stayed in the area before, I will rethink staying here because of this in the future.

The floor around the A/C was a little damp. The next morning I waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes to let them know, but never saw anyone. I ended up leaving without telling them. Usually Hampton Inns are decent, I’m not sure what happened with this one.

Staff and the bed are Nice.But small pool and odor from the carpet is very strong.

property was great... a little dated in common areas and hallways, but was great for our needs. Breakfast rocked!

Pool was inoperable the first day, tv reception wqs poor (constantly buffering), made reservations several months in advance and was given a room with no view except the rooftop.

As a customer who invited my entire baseball team to stay here with their families so we can have chemistry playing to find out the pool was had feces in it ruined the experience I was hoping these kids would have. I am a requesting/expecting a discount.

Keep scrolling and pass on this Hampton Inn. The A/C had a moldy smell. Ugh. TV was constantly staticky about every 4 seconds every channel. Haven for buses since it’s near NASA. Hampton Inn can do better. No cups in the bathroom. I guess they figure we travel with cups?

We had an amazing time staying here as a family of 4. The pool was amazing and the breakfast was the best ever! Can’t wait to come back!

I found one cockroach in my bathroom.
