I chose this property, because it was conveniently located and has several dining options within walking distance. The staff was friendly, helpful and check in was quick and easy. On the down side, the property itself was under going renovation and the main road was under construction. Being right next to I-75, it can be a little noisy, but it’s not too bad. The next time I’m in town, I would stay here again. Hopefully the construction will be finished by then.

We didn't realize it but the hotel was in the middle of a rennovation! (If I searched through ALL of the info on the hotels.com ad, I would have read it.)There weren't any vending machines for a cold drink, the breakfast seating was in an old meeting room. The personnel were more interested on selling their Diamond club membership than accomodating their customers. LUCKILY our room had been already rennovated and wss great!

The property is undergoing a renovation, so the breakfast room is makeshift and there is no lobby seating. My room was clean and well-equipped. No complaints. I believe when they're done it will be worthy of a 5 star review.

Stayed for 3 weeks on business while hotel was being renovated. Room keycards didn't work most of the time, no laundry facilities at hotel, in-room fridge froze everything inside with no way to adjust the temperature, electrical issues in room, just a very poor overall experience. Way overcharged for a barely functioning hotel. Definitely did not meet the expected Hampton Inn standards.

When we checked in they did not showed our room was already paid for by a gift card & the balance was paid with a credit card. We had our receipt showing we owed no balance.
We knew they had construction and when we came to the front entrance there was a red tag that stopped the construction. The remodeled breakfast place had an large X with caution tape. I think the tag was from January. We had to eat in one location and go across the hall to the small breakfast place. I was very disappointed in this Hampton.

Great hotel. Staff are super friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. The only problem is the key cards regularly stopped working.
