Our AC did not work and I woke up sweating, hot and the room was very humid.. I didn’t bother calling for service because it was too late in the night and I didn’t think they could do anything about it.

We had stayed at a different hotel the first night when we came to Schertz. We had a terrible experience, but some of our family stayed at the Hampton. So, we decided to give it a try, and we had a fantastic experience! Staff were great so we definitely recommend! When we went to Gulf shores a few years ago, we had stayed at a Hampton and had the same experience. Always stay at a Hampton, you won’t regret! 5 stars!!!!!

I was impressed with the “human” experience at this property. I had difficulty opening my door. Carlos jumped right in it and came with me to solve the problem. No hesitation! The employee in the breakfast area was upbeat and helpful. It was nice to wake up to such a positive environment.
