The bed was too tall for my husband to gracefully climb in

Staff was courteous and helpful. Condition of room need updating. Carpet was stained and room had a slight odor.

We always like to stay in Hampton Inn on our way to Florida or The Carolinas. The room is always clean. The night person had a terrible attitude. The morning person at checkout was uninformed and did not answer any of our questions. Like why did you charge me $25 for my support dog? She said we would have to call corporate.

Upon getting to the hotel and intot he room our ac unit was extremely loud. The front desk staff ended up finding us another room that was perfect. Thanks again and will coming back.

We always prefer to stay at Hampton Inn, as they consistently offer comfort and reliability. However, we were taken aback by how different one location can be from another. We booked our room through Hotels.com, but only for a few dollars less. Upon arrival, my husband check-in He mentioned to the woman at the front desk that he is a Hilton Honors member. We weren't expecting any more taken off our bill, but she informed him that it wouldn’t make a difference since we had booked through a third-party site. This was surprising, especially since just the night before at the Hampton Inn in Jacksonville, FL, the desk clerk had gone out of her way to ensure we received a nice room being a member, and it didn't matter that we booked on Expedia. It seemed there were certain rooms designated for customers who booked through Hotels.com. Unfortunately, our room appeared to be caught in the midst of a renovation. While some improvements had been made, such as the installation of a new bathroom door, there were noticeable remnants of the previous work left incomplete. The unsightly gaps where old trim had been torn away were evident, and the toilet paper holder hung precariously by a single screw. Even the hooks intended for towels seemed to be on the verge of detaching from the wall. I urged my husband to becareful and avoid using the towel hooks, that the weight of a towel might cause them to pull away and jeopardize our deposit. Very disappointed with the room.

The girl at reception had no smile, I asked to be on the 1st floor because I have a dog, which I pay for him who doesn't bother at all, or else close to the stairs because it's easier for his needs. We were on the top floor and in the center of the building. The floors were greasy and the bathroom faucet was rusty and there was no hot water. This is the worst experience I've had with your hotel chain. Right now I'm at Lake Georges in New York State, which is also one of your hotel chains, and it's true day and night.

I liked the location of the property because it was near the interstate. I also enjoyed the accommodations because it was clean and quiet, and included complimentary beverages and breakfast. The staff was also very courteous.

The evening desk receptionist was OUTSTANDING—friendly, efficient and accommodating. She really stands out among recent stays at other places where people don’t even make eye contact. She was lovely. Room was spacious. Do not like the way the bed spread connects to the top sheet. Not all the pillows had covers inder the sham. Could use a better vacuuming. Would stay here again because of the staff. Welcoming and safe. Coffee was good!

The air conditioner did not work, we ended leaving before midnight. First impression arriving in the morning. I woke up the cranky attendant with her graffiti hoody, looking a mess. I shouldn’t known better and walk away. I have to say, she let me check in early at 1:00 pm. $185 night wasted I still had to find a hotel to finish my stay. Hilton Honors for real 😳

Everyone really great from check in to housekeeping to the delicious breakfast!

Property was clean, comfortable, convenient and most of all affordably priced. Stay was just a quick stop to get some sleep. Would stay again.
