Zel Punta Cana exceeded all expectations! This five-star resort delivered in every way—from the impeccable customer service to the beautiful setting. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The food was surprisingly impressive for an all-inclusive—fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of variety. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality getaway!

Bed was comfortable. But pics of hotel do not reflect the poor condition of rooms, carpets, furniture etc. Prob worst Hampton if stayed in fir a long while.

Rooms were disgusting. Dust so think it had to be years old. Carpet so gross I had to wear shoes the whole time. Also had a damp moldy smell.

Property was decent, but needs renovation. However, we had a very unpleasant experience at check in. After arriving at the property, the front desk person Jasmine, told me that she has bad news for us and that since we booked through Expedia, our reservation was not confirmed and that they were fully booked and had no rooms available. She said that they tried call me to let me know, but I never got a call. She offered to put us in a nearby hotel, but having previously stayed at that property, I refused. She then called someone and then said that she will give me a room that was reserved for someone else. We finally got the room after all that.

We were moved to three different rooms. The automated keys were not functional. We returned to the room around 2 p.m. and the room was uncleanedThe hotel looks rundown and requires a lot of upgrade. My family has been staying there for 20 plus years. We will not return.
