Everything was wonderful at the hotel and the price was perfect.

I have been flying to Harrisburg for approximately 2 years now; I was pleasantly surprised how clean and quiet. I slept with no worries. It is in close proximity to a number of shopping facilities: food, pharmacy and even several places to shop. Very nice. I did compliment the manager and assistant manager on how clean the hotel was.

Great hotel, clean and comfy with great breakfast and the gym was better than other average hotel gyms. One of the beds in our room made loud noise like there was a metal under the mattress. We can hear the sound from outside our room quite loud but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Friendly and dependable staffs as my daughter left her AirPod in the room and they were able to retrieve it and mailed it back to us. Overall a great hotel and will recommend it.

Well kept inn. We enjoyed the breakfast options. It was very noisy at times both from guests and traffic on road. Overall we would choose a less busy location in the future. Rooms were clean and staff treated us respectfully.

Close to everything, clean and updated. Pleasant staff. Breakfast was mediocre but we still appreciated the options. We checked in late and staff member didn’t seem enthusiastic but we came from another hotel that was absolutely awful so it didn’t matter.

When we arrived, I complained about being in bumper-to-bumper traffic on I-81 for almost two hours. Instead of trying to commiserate, the desk man simply said, “Well now you can relax.” And we did.

We enjoyed our stay, the room did NOT smell like smoke which was a nice change fr most mid tier hotels. The bed was a little hard and the pillows were half stuffed but had extra to stack so I managed. It was close to Hershey Park, and breakfast was good, my kids loved the chocolate waffle mix. Shout out to Tammy who constantly was helping everyone with breakfast and restocking for hungry customers.

We had a great stay here and the staff couldn't have been more friendly, helpful or accommodating, even compiling a list of places to eat locally. The lady managing the breakfast was amazing. So good to see someone really take pride in what they do and the results speak for themselves. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice clean place at a great price. Thanks from Australia guys!!

I booked this hotel because I was attending a dog show with two large breed dogs (similar to a great pyr) the rate was an additional $75. for the dogs for the stay. At check in I was told that the total weight for the two dogs was 75 lbs, obviously far less than even one of my dogs. I told them that the pet rules did not state a weight, but I understood and I would go to a different hotel. The receptionist told me that they would waive the weight limit, so I checked in. Two hours later I was told that there would be an upcharge of $50, I agreed to this. The next morning while taking a shower the fire alarm goes off in the room, my friend called the front desk and was accused of smoking in the room, neither of us smoke, the smoke alarm was manually turned off by the front desk. The next morning the same thing occurred while my friend was showing. They turned off the smoke alarm. We left the hotel early for a show time but when I returned I was met by the manager who informed my that the room smelt of dogs and had fur on the carpet. Our dogs are clean and we borrow cleaning supplies every day as a consideration. She rudely told me that they don't accept large dogs, and even after I explained the check in, she proceeded to embarrass me in front of people accusing me of having a dirty room and she would be charging me three days to fumigate the room. 9.30pm that night our alarm went off again, we were sleeping, not one apology.

Hotel well locared for my needs. Room in very good condition and clean. Limited TV channels.

Overnight stay while traveling through. Nice place.
