This is the least expensive hotel on the island and that’s pretty much why we stay here. The employees are really nice and the rooms are very clean. The continental breakfast is decent. The rooms are a bit dated but they’re comfortable. We have stayed here many times and highly recommend it.

TV did not work but other than that, clean amd nice

The stay was great, the rooms were very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The complementary breakfast was very good. The coffee was great. The only thing I didn’t like is the property doesn’t have enough parking but overall it was great.

When the air conditioner kicked on the blowing air smelled awful. Smell like dried concentrated urine. Room 201 needs a new ac unit.

Everything was great until the fire alarm went off @ 7:30 in the morning, and of course I’m on the 4th floor and you know elevators don’t work when alarms are going off so after a good 15 min of alarm in your ear we left. Suitcase down 4 story’s isn’t any fun.

The customer service at check-in and check-out was amazing - very kind, helpful and friendly staff! The hotel is so conveniently located near the beach, which was just awesome! The general atmosphere of this place was clean and comfortable , would definitely stay again! Hghly recommended!!! Thank you for having us!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the service was great, the property itself is in need of renovations. I didn’t realize until after booking that there was no pool, but that wasn’t a huge issue. However, our first room had a leak. The gentleman at the front desk was super kind and helpful, but the young lady initially blamed us for not having the AC on—even though we hadn’t turned it off. When we returned to our room, the AC was off, and the ceiling was leaking. To make matters worse, the couch in the suite was terribly dirty and disgusting—I wouldn’t sit on it, let alone allow my son to sleep on it. After calling the manager, they were very accommodating and quickly offered to relocate us. The second room was much cleaner and in better condition. I assume the larger suites take more wear and tear from families, but it’s unfortunate that they aren’t maintained as well. Parking was another major issue. The number of spaces is very limited, and there are no signs indicating that they are reserved for hotel guests. Because the hotel shares the property with a bar, many of the spots were taken, leaving us to park on the street the second night, which was very stressful. The breakfast area was also disappointing—there were only a handful of bles, which is far too small for a hotel with multiple floors of rooms. The food didn’t look very appetizing either. Overall, the staff was kind and helpful, but the owners really need to consider updating the hotel. I suspect the

The staff was nice and friendly. The room was out dated a bit and the parking was horrible. Holiday Inn have more parking spots than this hotel. The are sharing a parking lot. The great thing about this place it is close by the beach. The parking and out dated room was the worst.
