Heritage House Inn

reserved a room for 4 people and there was 1 towel, bed mattress had holes, no iron. there's people living there very nasty hotel, junk all around the place.DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!!

First room the toilet wouldn't flush. Second room offered had broken bathroom fan/light and again a toilet that didn't work. Decor and all stuck in the 1970s. The owners are currently renovating, but the place is not ready for guests yet; we wish them and their six cats well. We did not stay. We went somewhere else.

It was ok but very outdated their is a lot of cow poop odor around the smell is so bad in the area.

Pros: price, location, friendly staff Cons: under construction, no pool, older rooms

It’s a room to sleep and shower. If all you need is a place to crash for the night and a place to clean up in the morning, then this is fine. If you want to swim, you gotta dig out the pool that had been filled in with dirt and weeds. No breakfast option at the hotel. Like I said, it’s just a bed and a shower

TV, Door Dead Bolt, A/C, Shower all did not work. All the owners said was sorry. Did not offer any other room or reimbursement. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Overall, this place was clean. Beds were firm but not too hard. Water wouldn’t rise to the shower head, toilet was slow but pressure was strong in the vanity sink. Chair in the corner was broken and unusable. Husband told the man behind the desk about the problems and got a blank look in response.

Upon check in, breakfast details were never disclosed. Walking in the room, there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The shower didn't have much pressure and you have to be close to the shower head to get a decent shower. For the price, this hotel is not worth it.

My 2 year old grandson could have cleaned and made the bed better , no fitted sheet dirty mattress pad. Goat heads on the floor, dead bugs on the floor. You can tell it is not American owned

Bathrooms where dirty toilet had stains bathtub was cracked and dirty bathroom walls had blood stain or something red on.

Noisy due to putting new roof on property .

Pretty bad, no shower curtain and only 5 stations on the tv

Very comfortable rooms and beds, great wifi my only complaint would be a weak plumbing system in the room I stayed in. Other than that very friendly staff and very cozy rooms

I was constantly harassed about my service dogs when I booked and when I arrived. Wanted to charge me for them, then wanted proof literally everything they were demanding was against the disability act. I sent them the the info and the harassment didn’t stop. Then when I arrived he started talking about having to clean the room. I was unclear what he was trying to say, so he told me I wasn’t listening. I said I was listening but can’t understand what he’s trying to say. He said never mind and that was the last interaction I had with that person. The person in the morning was very nice. I see why there were 2 other cars in the whole place. Room smelled heavy of cleaner so we had to leave the door open for about 30 mins but that didn’t help.
