I was taken back by the lack of help from the front desk to helping with simple WiFi log in and never calling us back when she stated she would help. Was treated like we were a bother. I will not recommend this location

We have stayed at the conference center numerous times, given our yearly trips to Marietta for family get togethers. Each time we are left unfulfilled. While to location is very good and the facilities are OK, the cost of stay seems unreasonably high compared to what we pay for better accommodations in Atlanta and elsewhere.

The other people on our floor were very noisy and kept us up all night. With screaming and running. We didn’t get any rest and had a very early departure. Was disappointed no one was monitoring the floors.
