Overall stay was fine, nothing exceptional. Lots of places to eat nearby which was nice because the restaurant in the hotel was expensive. Parked in a cheaper garage nearby because the hotel parking was expensive. Staff was friendly.

Staff was wonderful. Toilet didn't work.Maintenance was there 3 times. Had to go down to use bathroom on restaurant level twice. The upholstered chair in room was dirty.

Low price for a hotel less than a mile from Union Station, and just over a mile to the Capitol. Good neighborhood. Some fast-food dining nearby. Full grocery store on same block. Chain drug store across the street. Good value.

We were walking very close to the hotel and it was very scary. While I was talking to the staff someone through a handful of small rocks at the windows. The tub wouldn't drain and the shower head had no pressure. The maintenance man fixed the issues. The rooms need to be updated! The hotel staff and the valet was excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very nice and friendly. My room was huge, my daughter and I had enough room to stretch out on our queen size beds and relax when we got there. It was very quiet and peaceful the entire time. I highly recommend staying here.

Our room had no body wash in the container, shampoo for two showers, a moldy shower curtain and dirty carpeting. Staff was pleasant and accommodating when flagged but these are things I shouldn’t have had to ask to be resolved. Area was close to a sketchy neighborhood and beggars were always on the street.

We had a good stay . It was a quiet hotel . There was a sub shop and a coffee shop nearby . The only thing we didn’t like was them wanting to place a 100 per day hold on our card at check in . Especially when i had called prior to checkin and was told they didn’t hold any money . But the front desk man was great and waived the fee for us . We ate in the restaurant once . It was expensive and not very good.

We were in a suite and it allowed us the space we needed to share with some other friends. It was clean, albeit slightly outdated sofa and chair. I think the lobby could definitely use a little sprucing up- when you walk in it looks dirty and dated. Overall, I was pleased with its affordability, location, and convenience.
We saved money by not parking on site. We ubered from 15 minutes away, and ubered or used e-bikes while down there.

King suite was spacious. Staff was very helpful and attentive, friendly too. Our room was extremely quiet. We slept well. We had one meal in the restaurant and it was good.

Our stay was relaxing and we enjoyed the pool and location. I wish the valet parking was easier as we waited over an 40 mins in line to drop off car. The hot tub didn’t work and the bar couldn’t make the easiest martini. I had an Apple martini because the bartender said he could at 9:30 pm. We wanted another one but he came back 9:57 to give us bill and said it was too late to make another one. If he had come earlier we would have had another one. Other staff were fine and professional and valet getting our car during the day. Housekeeping was good and room was clean.
