We had such a wonderful stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with stunning views and easy access to the water. We loved how everything we needed was right on the property, from great restaurants and shops to the relaxing pools and lagoon area. It felt like its own little paradise within Waikiki.
One of the highlights of our stay was the variety of free activities offered at the resort. We really enjoyed the morning stretching and yoga sessions, which were a peaceful way to start the day. The Kukui Nut Lei Making class was also a fun and memorable cultural experience. It was great to have these kinds of options included, it made our time there feel even more enriching and special.
The resort was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. It’s definitely a place we’d love to return to in the future!

Extremely disappointing stay. The room did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort, and the staff was unhelpful and indifferent. The beach was rocky and not suitable for swimming, and the location was far from everything — definitely not worth the price. I expected much more from a Hilton property. Will not return.

massive resort, called a village but more like a small city. Right on the beach, stunning views, friendly stuff, but also massive crowds, amenities not on par with the price range (come on, shampoo bottles screwed to the wall in a ~$400 a day hotel?). Clean, but the age (we were staying in Tapa tower, built in 1982) shows. Many restaurants on-site, but none of them particularly good, some (Fresco) serving almost inedible food.

This is dated hotel not particularly well maintained in that furniture is old and carpets look worn out! Not the typical Hilton we experience in big cities!

Property was well maintained. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us with late check out and room upgrades. Rooms were sparsely decorated in the tapa tower but the ocean view was all we needed. Appreciated the mini fridge. Didn’t like the lack of seating at pools and beach which required an extra $125 per day for umbrellas but I suspect all hotels are doing that now. Dinner options are limited and pricy but the walk to town is very short and the ABC store in the lobby is great for heavy snacks and meals to go.
