Hilton Palm Springs

I paid a near typical fee and was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Check-in was smooth: staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered dinner in the restaraunt and took it to my room, where I enjoyed the balcony and view as I ate. The room was spacious and beautiful. I slept very well, aside from a boisterous group outside my room at around 11pm. They weren't there long. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was fantastic. I used the complimentary shuttle to the airport, which was available immediately. If ever I fond myself in need of a room in Palm Springs, again, this will be my first choice.

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the Agua Caliente casino and Shermans Deli for a great meal. The room was nice and comfortable. When checking in the gentleman checking me in asked details about my car and then charged me a $30 parking fee with out telling me about it. Theres plenty of street parking that could be used to save that $30. The pool area is nice, however the hot tubs are incredibly rough and dirty. They badly need to be resurfaced. One elevator by our room couldnt go to the second floor and when the doors were opening felt like they were going break. Generally a pleasant stay, just some small areas of improvement.

The location was in the heart of downtown in walking distance to all restaurants n nightlife. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again

Great! Room was very, very clean. Bathroom was spotless. Ice bucket, glasses, coffee maker and all the supplies a Hotel room would provide were well stocked in our room. We had an excellent view of the Casino and less than 50 yards from our room. We walked 5 minutes to enjoy the gambling. Our thanks to the entire Staff at the Hilton. They are Polite, Courteous, Helpful, and Willing to go out of their way to make us HAPPY! We’ll be back very soon. We can’t wait. We give it 5 out of 5 STARS! Terry L.

our third stay , our preferred hotel option in Palm Springs. we like that it is not too big, quiet , comfortable, rooms are big, and hotel is walking distance from restaurants and shops

Arrived before check in time and staff very helpfully had our room ready. Clean and spacious room with very comfortable beds. Plenty of sunbeds at the pool.

Staff were vey friendly.

The only reason I gave the cleanliness and amenities a low rating is because on July 5th Saturday at approx 10am the pool was so cloudy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned that morning. Babies and small Children inside with diapers and stuff just was not that vibe. But regardless of that if the pool was cleaned and not couldy it would have been fine. And I can say that I know it wasn’t cleaned because we have stayed at that property numerous times over the past 2 years and seen how clear the pool is when it’s clean. I did ask one of the ladies at the bar/food area but she didn’t know for sure if it had been cleaned or not. I left after two hours of tanning. It was too hot to not go in the pool. Am I the only one who doesn’t like dirty pools. Ok bye 😩😩😩😩

Clean and easy access to pool

Our room was poolside with lanai, which we all loved. Pool setting was a challenge to get family of 4 together. Others holding seats while not at pool. Filter water in gym, bonus! Emma was friendly was at check in but others not so helpful.
