Holiday Inn Club Vacations AT ORANGE LAKE RESORT by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Facility is a good one, but the only thing is that they push you to take a orientation for a timeshare. They literally make you take it please be advised if you are not interested in This don't sign up they charge you $50 if you don’t show up to the orientation. Really bad situation . Besides that everything was ok

So relaxing and beautiful

I thought I had gotten a villa but come to find out they are all called villas. Our room was nice but it was more like a condo on the 5th floor. There were areas that were not clean. Kitchen table still had food dried up sticking to the sides. The kitchen bench had food stuck to it and the floor was sticky. People partying till 1 am other visitors screaming for them to shut up. Had to call front desk. They were in the parking lot yelling. Next morning music was blasting and security drove right past them. Our room faced the highway so you heard everything. There are many pools but where the lazy river Is located it is extremely crowded so if you don’t mind it then it is great for you. They do have activities and restaurants but it is a resort so there is a cost for everything.

Allot to do. I would like there to be some sort of transportation that can be rented to drive around the resort.

The pools were great. Plenty of chairs for everyone. Went to 3 of the pools and all 3 were enjoyable. The staff super friendly. Thank you Ahmed at check in he thouroughly explained where what when and how. We stayed at a Villa and it was spacious and clean.

Great property near disneyworld. So many amenities

Bed sheets had blood stains and there were tiny spiders in the room. No breakfast options and limited food options.

Jessica at the activities desk was amazing. Explained everything and provided great service. I also received a little gift as a birthday present so they really pay attention to detail. My family felt safe and welcome and we had a wonderful time.

Disappointing. Arrived with my daughter for Cheer Summit. Raccoons were present everywhere, bathrooms lacked attic doors and the front door wouldn’t lock. Lighting was inadequate at night. Still awaiting reimbursement of $550. Expedia can’t get a hold of hotel to get my refund. I recommend alternative accommodations.

The only problem I had was the breakfast purchase was on for a $30 voucher towards breakfast. Or you can change up to $30 in the room and it will be dedicated. That's not the same as getting a continental breakfast at a holiday Inn express.

Took 45 min for check in process, which after being at the park all day, you just want to check in and get to bed. During that 45 min, 5 staff at the counter who each took a break. Then new staff came on but then they took a break. Manager said their computer system was outdated. Also once you get checked in, then you have to go to another area to get key activated. Will not stay here again

Overall best experience at a hotel ever. The building is old but the way they maintain it makes it stand out, it’s very nice. The rooms are clean and kitchenettes are clean as well, that’s a first for me personally, me and my wife check everywhere for .

Loved everything

This hotel was not good at all. There were way too many hidden fees. The staff weren’t trained on the right information and made me feel like I couldn’t trust them. The bath looked dirty and there was stains all over the carpet.

No elevators at the main lobby. Restuarants had thier own wonky hours, no room service, had to carry luggage up o e flight of stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay it was so clean and much bigger than we thought it would be. So convenient to Disney there was no traffic getting to the parks and took like 10 minutes. Highly recommend.
