This was a great hotel! Very clean and had newly renovated and updated rooms and baths. The bed was one the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. Breakfast was delicious, as well! I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Council Bluffs!

About 10 min from zoo/downtown omaha, 2 min from I-29 convenient for all the places we vistid in the week. Remodeling going on but didnt effect our stay. Breakfast attendant reccomended a great park to take our kids to. No bathtub for the kids (toddlers) was a challenge, shower only. Also the sink was pretty high and the soap was about 3 feet away, also a challenge w/kids. Asked front desk for a step stool and all they had was a shower chair, but that worked. Will definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay. Had some maintenance going on, but didn't affect much. I can't eat out so I travel with food and need atleast and fridge and microwave, so I enjoy the suites. This was a clean hotel.

This was a great hotel! Very clean and had newly renovated and updated rooms and baths. The bed was one the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. Breakfast was delicious, as well! I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Council Bluffs!

The hotel is in the middle of a remodel, so there was a weird smell the entire time. Plus, I have about a dozen bed bug bites on me from the bed. They didn’t clean up our room either. No beds made. Only new towels dropped off.

Was a quiet overnight stay. Staff were all great, check in easy & breakfast staff super too! My only complaint, the fitted sheet was not smooth & soothing, almost like it was pilled or fuzzballs on it from age (?). Otherwise we had a nice stay.

The stay has been great so far but the not so good about stay is the room is great besides the mini fridge was not level and had to be propped up by newspapers and the room only had 2 very small trash cans!

The hotel is in the process of remodeling & yet everything was excellent!!! The remodeling staff were polite & asked us to please excuse the mess. They expressed it was all going to be perfect when they were finished.
