Hotel was great, but downtown is dirty

I always come to this hotel when I go to LA, staff is great, rooms are clean, free breakfast is pretty good.

It was a great stay for us. The room was clean but you can see that it needs improvement in the bathroom because you can see that sink pipes were rusty. Carpet has few stain. Our room was close to elevator and ice machine so you can hear the noise from people who pass by, but not really an issue. The best part is, the location was close to all the places that we visited which is very convenient. The breakfast was also the best with variety of choices. Greatly recommended and worth the place to stay.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is excellent and helpful. The neighborhood around the property isn’t that great, but super close to downtown LA. It’s worth it.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!! EVER! DO NOT BOOK IT. Awful, unsafe neighborhood. Homeless people sleeping on the ground in the street right next to the hotel. Holes in the glass by the lobby entrance. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Hotel was decent. Refrigerator in our room didn't work.

Business related stay and no conplaints. Room was clean, place is safe requiring key to go through lobby after hours, bed was comfy and quite nice. Shower and bathroom looked to be upgraded, looked brand new. I would reccomend this place for anyone to say and not to mention you are minutes away from Downtown LA

To Whom It May Concern, I had a truly disappointing experience during check-in at your hotel. After traveling 10 hours by plane, my fiancée and I waited in line for 10 minutes. When it was finally our turn, the front desk rep, who clearly saw us waiting, told us she wouldn’t check us in because she was going on her lunch break. No apology, no regard for the inconvenience—just a dismissive attitude. We then had to wait another 15 minutes for the next available rep, who was equally unfriendly, unhelpful, and looked like she didn’t want to be there at all. No welcome, no empathy—just cold, poor service. Things didn’t get better once we reached our room. The Wi-Fi didn’t work with our room number and last name. On top of that, the room wasn’t even ready—we had to wait another 10 minutes while the cleaner finished. This entire check-in process was frustrating, unprofessional, and far below the standards I expected. While the room and amenities were fine, your staff clearly needs better training in professionalism and customer service. No guest should be treated like this. I am requesting compensation for this unacceptable experience and expect to hear from management soon. Sincerely, Laranzo Stay

Clean hotel. Great breakfast

Hotel it self was very clean. The staff were nice. They welcomed us and took care of us well. The area where the hotel is located is very ugly. Not located in a beautiful place.

The hotel is around the corner from where there is a lot of homeless and drunks. The area is not clean and very noisy

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel, with all its amenities and delicious breakfast. The staff made the stay wonderful. The front desk answered all our questions, and the housemaids did an excellent job cleaning the room and cooking the food. I wish corporate would help financially support the neighborhood so the staff and guests may have a 5/5 stay.

We’ve stayed here twice now when we’ve attended the Dodger game. Hotel and staff is wonderful and we’d stay again. It’s not safe and it’s extremely dirty outside the hotel. They’ve gone above and beyond for the people staying at their hotel. It’s so clean and we felt so safe inside!

Surrounding area was not safe or relaxing. Our view was terrible and witnessed alot of drug use and trashy conditions

I like that it had microwave. I have food allergies, so everywhere where I travel. I have to carry my own food so it was perfect that I have a place to warm up my food.
