Holiday Inn Express & Suites NORTH LITTLE ROCK, an IHG Hotel

Everything was lovely. The bed was comfortable & pillows. I didn’t hear the outside noise. I recommend this location and will be booking again in October. 😊😊😊

The hotel looked new inside and out. Room was great, not a lot of channel choices on the tv but it was fine. Breakfast did not offer a hot option unless you wanted to heat up sausage and biscuit.

Very comfy beds and very clean rooms

We just needed a quick night stay in a road trip. Clean room, however staff were unfriendly at checkin and uninterested when I let them know the room was miserably hot. The light in the bathroom is also connected to the rather noisy overhead fan.

We came to Little Rock for a concert, checked in, changed clothes, and left for the evening. When we came back after midnight there were ants crawling all over the nightstand and headboard. Front desk clerk was nice enough, but said the hotel was full, but he'd bring some bug spray. He took awhile bringing the spray, but then I had to spray the room? For over $180 for one night, I expected a bug free room. The gentleman apologized but made no effort to do anything other than bring me bug spray. I've been a Hilton Honors member for years, and this is not the experience I usually have. Bugs are NOT acceptable.

Looks new. Good location with lots around it.

No chairs. Not one. They have a kids stool ypu can sit on with no back support. GIANT empty space that could hold the missing chair or even 2 or a sofa! Then they are selling Ramen soup in a hotel room with no microwave. There is a space for a microwave, but they cheaped out. If you only need a bed and a tv youre good here.

Clean, beautiful rooms/lobby, wonderful staff

Clean facility, courteous staff. The rooms were nice but a bit spartan. No coffee maker or cups in the rooms. We did enjoy the breakfast, the pool, and the coin laundry. Could have been a bit quieter. It seemed as if the floors were thin.

being a new hotel of course made the cleanliness excellent. Easy check in with staff. No issues. Grab and go breakfest was very addequate. Will be looking for the Spark chain more often.

Breakfast was limited compared to other Hilton properties. Similar to Tru or similar concepts.

Good Location, Clean and new looking facilities. Courteous staff. Grounds were well lit and seemed safe. Pet fee is outrageous. $75.00

Great room, spacious bathroom and shower. The breakfast could be a lot better though. Mostly looked like frozen food reheated.
