Our room was clean and comfortable except I would prefer it to be a little cooler. I could smell marajuana in the lobby. The hotel feels safe and it was quiet. There’s not a good selection of shows on the tv. The heated pool was heated and felt great.

It was exactly what I needed.

Beds were comfy. A/c was covered by bed and took longer to cool room. Needing a little more attention to cleaning. Showers had great water pressure. My expectations were little on high end for the price paid. Not a bad place to stay overall. Pricey.

the hotel was a little pricey but considering it is the only/best place to stay in picayune, it was worth the money.

We stayed before leaving for a cruise. We plan to do the same again next year. Highly recommend.

Amazing Hotel

It was nice and clean with room option for the temp that you choose. The breakfast is delicious with lots of options.

This was a quiet neat place to stay

We were able to check in early , The room was extremely clean, and the amenities in the room with fabulous. If I had to say it downfall, it was a late breakfast on Sunday morning was not ready until after seven.

Elevator broke. Wasn't repaired in a timely fashion, inconveniencing guests and employees. Orange juice was tainted and tasted like medicine. Employee admitted that the day before, the apple juice tasted like medicine also. I felt sick after drinking it. Dryer is still broken and hasn't been able to be used since before Christmas.

We liked that it is less than a mile off theinterstate on our way to our cruise from New Orleans.

I used Expedia to book 2 Qn beds/Studio and was told Expedia ordered a king bd studio handicap. Not happy as we had 3 adults

Wonderful service. When we checked in and went up to our room, the room was not cleaned and ready, the manager was very apologetic and upgraded us to a suite. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and everything was great. I would suggest lighting the entry sign at the street…it was hard to find the turn after dark.

I had the opportunity to visit and stay at this hotel during the last Super Bowl. I want to thank the staff for providing outstanding service during such a busy weekend. I appreciated that this property is conveniently close to a Waffle House and other restaurants like McDonald's. Additionally, I found it easy to drive to and from New Orleans; it was only a 45-minute trip to the Super Bowl festivities. During my stay, I volunteered, and the hotel made it convenient for me to travel to and from my volunteer locations. I also had access to a nearby Walmart, allowing me to purchase everything I needed for the weekend. My room was impeccably clean, and I loved having access to make tea in the lobby. Although I didn't get a chance to enjoy breakfast, I appreciated the lively atmosphere during the big game weekend. If I ever have the opportunity to return, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
