I have 2 autistic toddlers who love to swim. We frequent many Holiday Inn soley to getaway for a bit and SWIM. This pool was FREEZING. Not a swimable temperature at all. The water wasn't the kind of cold you get used to, no, no you stay cold. . My older son would not get in and my younger son got in but was shivering the whole time. When requesting a temperature ncrease- they awkwardly shook their heads and said there was nothing they could do- it is whatever temperature the room allows it to be.....okay??? An indoor pool , especially Holiday Inn, should be a family friendly amenity. Also, It took my kid awhile to warm up, because the room didn't have a bath and he refused a shower. I really wanted to like this place because we love finding new locations to hang out and swim for a couple days, but we will not be going back. We have plenty of options. I couldn't care less about anything else the hotel offered. People need to know - if you go there planning to swim, it is VERY COLD. I tried to get compensated for our second night, but they denied my request. Maybe I'll start doing the protection thing. Hope this review of the freezing pool helped you decide if this is the right place for you.

Very comfortable stay. Hotel was very clean, quiet and friendly staff. Breakfast was right on point. Coffee was superb.

Nice property, friendly staff, good buffet. Only reason we didn’t rate it all five stars is because parking wasn’t included and there were no English language complimentary newspapers so we weren’t able to get the paper to read current events even though the reservation said it came with one. One thing we noticed is when the false alarm happened with the fire alarm we almost didn’t hear it because it wasn’t very loud and if we had the tv on we wouldn’t have heard it. Please increase the volume of your alarm if you can. Other than that it was a pleasant place and we would stay again.

Very comfortable and conveniently close to Airport. Beds were awesome. Sheets and towels were clean. Hot coffee and excellent breakfast choices.

Near the airport, parked my car there while away, free shuttle available to and from the airport.

We had a great experience while staying at this hotel. My family and I were flying out of San Jose airport and this hotel was conveniently located near the airport. The security and staff were friendly.

I would rate Average for this. The hotel is next to a train route and was noisy. There were visible dirt stains on the elevator floor. I woke up to smell of urine that I think is from the mattress.

10 dollars for parking 😑 really ? No one charge for parking in hotels!! When you pay for stay you pay for everything!! Dont come to this hotel

It’s okay for a holiday inn, nothing crazy just lacks a bit of general hospitality feel

This isn’t my first time staying here but this time it was a little different. It was hard to find parking at night. I don’t know if it was an event going on when I was there. Plus, it looks like their parking lot if shared with the hotel next door. Breakfast was great. It was a hot meal. My room had a smell to it. The ice machine of the 4th floor was broken. The staff were nice. During the day, you hear everything. I think there were kids running around like crazy. I would stay again for the location and free breakfast.

Long hairs on floor in shower. Yuck.
