Free breakfast is a DEAL!

We were going to arrive super late so we called and let them know. Once we arrived check in was so fast and easy. Breakfast offered was very good with lot of options. Bed are so comfortable! Great location! We enjoyed having a movie theatre right next to it. We were leaving very early morning before breakfast area was served and they still offered and asked if we wanted something before leaving. Will stay again?

The morning I was checking out- I picked up a coffee cup to get coffee. It had a tear in the bottom. Coffee dripped down my pinky and burnt it. I moved a few cups- tried to tell the breakfast lady…tried again- this time there was a bigger tear apparently on the cup..along the seam, where it wasn’t noticeable- I got coffee- it poured down my left hand! I tried to throw it in the trash can right away. She was like NO, it will drip to the bottom- I was like ma’am it’s burning my hand! She took the cup, was more concerned about the spill, and took care of that! There was also a front desk lady, possibly manager standing there - she did nothing for me - I drove 4 hours home, and am sitting in urgent care to get this looked at! I have small blisters on my hand!

No heat, no hot water to take a shower this morning.

This is basic unattractive hotel not very modernized. No daily cleaning service.

I’ve been coming here for at least 20 years. I live about 20 miles west of Cleveland and I come down here to fish and hunt. This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly! I’ve come to know a very nice lady named Barbara. She works behind the desk and is do kind and helpful. I look forward to seeing her every time I come here.I would and have recommended this hotel to a lot of my friends. A very nice place to stay! Thank you! See you soon!

The staff are amazing and go out of their way to help us even when our baby spilled a drink.

Dated showers in guest room, cracked floor tile, old shower head, cabinet door for room refrigerator broken and hanging

Could use a towel rack in the sink area.

the service was great.. I am gluten intolerant and some of the breakfast choices were good.

The room was okay. Clean but bare bones. The only chair was very uncomfortable to sit and read in. The TV was good but not adjustable - it was not angled towards the bed. The breakfast was very good. Check in and out were very efficient.

All flooring needs replacing. Many of the walls show significant wear and tear. The carpeting was vacuumed but still seemed dirty/stained.

We read online that check out was at noon, but it really was at 11 once we got there!

Front desk was welcoming and helpful !
