Holiday Inn Express NORTH PALM BEACH-OCEANVIEW, an IHG Hotel

Overall the hotel was fine but there was a wet/musty smell in our room and it was very strong. The bikes available to use were not in very good condition.

We were placed in a room that had others staying in there already. Then had to go get new keys made for a new room.

We stayed here last year, and in year's past. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the CVS -there is really no view. In this building the rooms were a bit bigger but the bathrooms are really outdated. The tub had yellow/brown stains that would not come out, when using a clorox sanitizer. The drain backed up while showering and there were brown floating things everywhere. I hopped out because I was afrain of what those were. It was just my husband and I this time. We rinsed off at the Beach showers in Juno as much as possible to avoid our room shower. There were a bunch of high school/college spring breaker kids. Which would not necessarily bother me, except they were not staying on the property yet, taking up chairs and seats all over at the pools so my husband and I literally had no where to sit. There is no one checking whether they were even guests. Things we still found nice, are the beach chairs and bikes. And the morning breakfast is okay- at least they still offer something.

Great location, walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. Tons of free parking. Attentive staff. Property is a bit tired and rooms could use an update. Good value of Juno Beach.

From the outside the property looks nice, but once you get inside the rooms are VERY OLD, the doors on the bathroom are very dirty , the tile grout was not clean, and some of the ceiling in the shower was peeled back. Really needs to be updated. I paid a lot for the room and it was not worth it at all. Will not stay there again.

Best breakfast ever. Friendly staff. Clean property. Only negative would be the smell in the room, luckily, after a while you get used to it.

Clean, safe, walking distance to the beach. Staff super friendly.

The property was in a good location for our needs. Beach is close walking distance, there were delicious food options near by as well. Most of the locations we visited were drivable within 40 minutes. Hotel staff was helpful, polite and some were quite friendly. The room and grounds were clean even though the hotel exterior could use some updating the rooms were very nice.

Free full breakfast. Everyone at front desk very helpful and friendly. Pool area could use work. Need a safe in the room. Bathroom small for a suite

I loved that you can reserve beach chairs and umbrellas and walk to the beach. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

This was our first time here and everything was great. The staff was so friendly. The amount of places you can walk to was incredible. The beach was Gorgeous and the breakfast was yummy. Highly recommend.

It has a great location to the ocean. It is a dated property and could use some sprucing up. It was clean and they had a good breakfast.

Nice, quiet, and clean. A few restaurants nearby, and the Loggerhead Marinelife Center is close by. Nice breakfast offered on-site.

A little light on the water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was very good.

Have stayed here many times in the past but not in 5-6 years. Hotel is becoming dated and shows it age. Our door had to be pushed/pulled hard to close tightly, and while key card worked fine for the room, very testy when accessing the building. Carpet stains, etc. great location and all but we’ll be looking for something newer and fresher next time unless they renovate

We had a great family trip for the night! Staff was excellent and breakfast and access to the pool was a great part of the property too.
