Have to say it’s been the best experience I’ve had in a hotel. Receptionists was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms are really clean and the bathroom as well. Absolutely loved the adventure park right across the street the kids had so much fun. Definitely will be back next month.

Stayed as part of family trip to Sequoia National Park. Rooms were clean and check in was easy but the beds are not very comfortable. Elevators break down ALOT! Breakfast buffet style was tasty with eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, etc but they run out early (we arrived 8 a.m.) and it takes 20 minutes in between for refills for everything including oatmeal. No Orange juice. No fresh fruit. This place hangs onto the deposit for five days. So. Probably wont stay again.

Great customer service. Very nice staff. Beds were comfortable enough and the temperature was easily adjustable. Lobby was clean and smelled really good when you walked in. However, one of the 2 elevators was broken, and the one that did work was having issues as well. The ice maker on the 4th floor didn’t work, so I had to go to the second floor to the only working one, using the slow and sometimes sketchy elevator. Breakfast was so-so and they had trouble keeping up with stocking the items. Carpets were pretty worn down and stained.

It was a nice room that accommodated all my family but the elevator was broken so we had to be waiting or use the stairs. Plus they did not plan for Easter breakfast and we all had to wait for food to be cooked & the staff rushed to buy milk. Lastly they never took out the trash until we finally left it outside the door.

Smelled bad, elevators didn’t work, breakfast was no good. I asked for housekeeping and the front desk told me “no sorry we only have three ladies and they already have to clean 60 other rooms, If you need more toilet paper you can come get some and the front desk”

Property was clean and staff at the breakfast area was excellent. Looks like an older place as even walking in room was heard by people in the lower level we were asked to keep our noise level. Overall was average stay and would look for other options in the future.
