I rarely write reviews and did everything I could to avoid writing this one but out of fairness for my fellow travelers, people need to know about this place.
I will keep it short and sweet. The room was 80 degrees, the AC didn’t work, the restaurant has a B card and we had to leave mid stay because it was so unbearably hot that we couldn’t sleep. I was promised a full refund and never received it. I don’t like speaking ill of anyone or any business so I will leave it up to you to decide whether or not , this is the type of establishment that you would like to go to. If they gave me a free room and honored their promise to refund my money, I would not return. Caveat emptor.

This is a large hotel w huge parking lot which was nice. We stayed for 2 nights The first night we were on 2nd floor and it was hot. The a/c didn't work. And there was no hot water! In the morning i told front desk and was moved to the first floor which was cooler and did have hot water but a/c didn't work well. I had to leave the slider open. It is near the village and restaurants are walkable which was nice. Not sure id stay again

They were aware that they had an issue with excessive heat on the 4th floor, however they tried to cover it up but by opening the windows with the AC running, which did nothing. The lowest temp the room dropped to was 81F the entire night, too hot and unconfortable. When speaking to the front desk, there response was 'oh yeah',we have been having issues with that on the the 4th floor. Why are they renting those rooms out?? I spent $350.00 dollars for 1 very misrable and unbearable night and after they knew about the problem. This place is a rip off and they will capatalize on highway robbery at YOUR EXPENSE. They didnt even respond or even say we're sorry. Disgusting business practices!

It’s a long story I reserve my place in Holiday in big Bear in March 6 for March 21 for two nights when I got there the receptionist told me there was a fire in the kitchen or somewhere in the hotel and they canceled all the customers, but no one called me From the hotel to notify me before I get there after a long drive I didn’t have any choice to find another place to stay for one night instead of two because the price was very high when I wanted to book a place right away over there this is the lack of communication That I don’t approve I even pay to ensure my stay extra, but I didn’t get any phone call or email or text that is so disappointing.

It was not a place that didn’t welcome you or smile
Staff looked unhappy ? So it trickled down to your customers. I asked if they can come and clean my room at 1;00 pm because I had service dogs because I left a suitcase on bed they didn’t call to tell me so I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes
Then realized no clean room . So I called said someone would come to clean never came back

Had a big convention, room took one hour and I got there 30 minutes after check in time, the Ac wasn’t working and the room was at 80* called many times and no one came, had to ask someone around the Hotel ourselves to come and check the AC, the toilet will not flush, had to open the top and press down
The first person that helped us at check in wasn’t the best, the the lady that checks us in was excellent
