The hotel.was in a great location. It was clean and the room was spacious. It was the perfect location for a stay for our family of four before we left for our cruise. Way more than enough space.

The staff were so helpful with our bookings. Bar staff was also a plus. My family stayed in the pool all day.

The front desk needed help. That is a very busy place. The 2 people working needed help. They were tired & frustrated. One guy that helped us whe. We got there was rude . . . But he was swamped with people checking on/out every time I was down there, plus people’s kids running wild all over the place. I understand how he felt. They need to hire more people to work there. It is at Port Canavera where everyone going on a cruise stays the night before they leave if that gives you an idea how busy they are. l

I booked a king room and asked for an accessible shower or rI arrive and had no accessible room. So I said I would make it work ass they claimed they didn't see the note asking for an accessible

The check in process was extremely disappointing this time. We werent allowed to check in until approximately 3 hours after the initial check in time of 4:00.

The best place to stay when getting on a cruise!

We never received a Room Key this didn’t made me feel very unsafe every time we left out someone had to let us in a room that had been paid for. Also we were told that a room would be ready on the fifth floor then a room was received on two way down the hallway without a room key.

Great hotel to stay at if you’re going on a cruise! Has a kitchen, gym, and free breakfast! Nice staff and clean hotel.

Property is clean and I have stayed here numerous times with no complaints. This will be my last time ever spending my money with this Home 2 Suites! Check in desk was very under trained and very rude.

My husband got stuck in the elevator because there was a power outage and the hotels backup generators failed to work. The staff was completely unbothered that I was upset re: this situation. They offered me and my two young children nothing and could not provide me with timely updates on the fire company coming. They never once checked on my husband (or others in the elevators) to ensure they were okay. We requesting a refund and we’re denied because we booked through Expedia not directly through them. Then lied to about not having cash on hand to provide a cash refund. Total lack of management throughout the entire ordeal. Prior to this incident we had no extra linens in the room to make up the sofa bed. When requested at the front desk I was handed a large bag of linens I had to carry back to the room myself. Hotel was moderately clean. Breakfast was lack luster. Overall terrible experience with even worse customer service. Would not recommend anyone spend their money on this establishment!!
