This day was enjoyable. The front desk, clerk, samuel was a wonderful, wonderful host. The only misgiving was that the uh, online picture looked like there was a full kitchen in the room

Paid for a king suite with a king bed, got a room with 2 full size beds!! Went back down to see about getting another room with a king bed, nothing avail!!! Will never stay here again!! Elevators are steaming hot as is the hall ways!! Uggg!

Nice hotel. It is new and has good amenities if you are using for a longer stay, I was staying for 7 nights. Only downside is I found the bed to be very uncomfortable. Mattress seemed worn down, even though the hotel was new...which is strange.

There were a couple of concerns during my stay.
1. The TV never worked was advised to reset it we did that over 10 times it still never worked.
2. Seen a roach in our room.
3. Tissue and the people unable to look through the people.
4. Kids running up and down the hall for more than 20 minutes.
5. Fire alarm sounded I guess they were working on. It scared the mess out of us no message to the customers letting them know what was going on or if it was a real fire
6. Parking I think I would wanna know if I had to pay $15 a day for parking after the room is over $100 a day that is a little concerning and a shocker to most of the customers that I spoke with that were in that hotel.
7. they take way too long to refund you your deposit.
8. Garbage is always sitting in the hallway.
