The hotel was in a convenient location. It was clean with spacious rooms. The full kitchen was a plus! The complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious. Maya the breakfast attendant was a real ray of sunshine. Very attentive and friendly, greeting us with a radiant smile!

Even though the reviews were “bad” this was a nice hotel and staff were very nice , very clean ,the pool was clean and spacious. Sometimes not listen to the reviews is okay . Good experience over all

Room not serviced in entire 1 week stay, common areas such as room hallways were unclean with piles of garbage and dirty laundy piled in the hallway. As an observation it seems that the hotel was very short staffed. Room itself was nice on arrival. At least twice during my stay the TV came on with a full screen welcome message with another guests name.

One guy working desk. We were told out room was not available to stay in. Once he found a room and minimally cleaned we go it and started to unpack. We had to get our own sheets and towels for the night. No staffing at all.

The property was beautiful and the room was spacious with a great view. My only complaint is that I left a large cushion there that I sleep on. It's firm and angled at about 15° to let me sleep on an incline. It's a giant square shaped thing that cannot be confused with a regular pillow. I realized I forgot it on my way home and immediately called the hotel. I spent the next 3-4 days calling over and over again trying to get someone to do ANYTHING more than just "leave a message for housekeeping" and when I finally got a call back I was disappointed to find out that my pillow was "not found". This is 100% a lie. It was either thrown out, or kept by someone. My stay was indeed quite pleasant, the customer service AFTER my stay, not so much.

The staff was extremely unprofessional, they were extremely overbooked despite having placed reservations more than a month in advanced. The breakfast was horrible. We kept getting locked out of our room and on Multiple occasions had to stand at the front desk for a new key, had to change rooms during stay due to over booking

Apparently this place is notorious for vehicle break-ins and the employees forgot to mention of warn us of such things and my brand new lease was broken into and two windows shattered. The staff could careless that about a dozen cars were vandalized and not even call the authorities for us. We live 2 1/2 hours away and now have to drive in the rain with two window busted out. Not to mention we were in Columbus for my daughter's State bowling tournament she was almost late to. The hotel has a vehicle for transportation but told us they would drive us a mile down the road and we had to figure it out. I spent over $200 for the night for lousy service and now have to pay triple that for new windows. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and the city of Columbus.

We were not able to get into room until 630pm. key cards wouldn’t work after three trips to desk. No duvets. We used sofa bed and no blankets available. They gave us a duvet cover to use as a blanket. They were extremely short staffed. They staff were patient and kind. Hotel was nice.

Hotel was clean. The pillows are not comfy. We requested additional towels for the room since we were short one, and they were never delivered. A window on the 6th floor was broken and missing while we were there. Two cars in the parking lot had windows broken out during our stay. The parking lot needs additional security.

cleanliness of my room did not meet my expectations AT ALL! I came in and had to basically clean my kitchen. I did not take a picture of the dirty plate (I did take it to front desk) the plate look like someone ate and put it back in the cabinet still had hard food caked on. I have attached photos My second issue is our key cards over the course of our stay we were issued about 6 different key cards because they just stopped working , My mom somehow got stuck on the lower level and the one worker she seen down there told her she couldn’t help her , she had to stand in the elevator until it came back up to the mail lobby to flag someone down for help. I’m not asking my stay be free but paying $150 having to deal with this .

Where to begin…we booked a two queen studio (2 kids 2 adults) when checking in at 4:30 we were told it wasn’t ready. Got a king studio and pull out bed. No bedding for said pull out bed. Not ideal for the kids. The floors were dirty. Not enough towels, asked 3x for more towels, had to go to the desk ourselves to finally get them. OUR CAR FOT BROKEN INTO—two windows smashed. Apparently 13 other cars, too. Got woken up by police to deal with it, didn’t get to breakfast until 9, at which point there was literally NO breakfast left. Our kids ate dry cereal out of coffee cups. No milk, no potatoes, no waffle mix, literally nothing. Not even bowls. They said we were too late, breakfast closes at 10. Ok sorry we were dealing with a car break in, cool. Anyway we will never ever everrrrrr stay her again, when we brought all these issues up nothing was done. Terrible. Don’t stay here.

I think this place is very very dirty for a Hilton brand. They had trash all over the place everyday as you walk through the 1st floor to the elevators, there was never anyone at reception.
