Good clean hotel.

Only one elevator worked so we had to wait awhile each time we wanted to use the elevator.

I did get there early .My room was ready but they wanted to charge me fifty dollars to go in early. The shower had 0 water pressure. Elevators were very slow. We ordered a room for 3, and they never made up the couch bed or put the sheets on none of pillows. We had to ask for them. Tv and the living room did not turn. It was a nice sized room, comfortable.

This hotel is so overpriced.

The room service crew does not do a good job. There was no shampoo (I realized it after I jumped into shower) to begin with. Even after mentioning it to the front desk, during the alternate day service, they not only forgot to fill the shampoo bottle but also kept no towels for us 😆 We have stayed in a number of Homewood suites in different parts of the country; their service is usually is quite exceptional. The location is excellent though if you are visiting u Penn.

Clean, but double beds seemed smaller than others

Homewood was such a great hotel. The hot tub and pool were wonderful, the staff were amazing and the continental breakfast was so convenient. Next time I’m in Philly I’ll definitely stay there again.

Clean property

The staff did a great job. Shame you got rid of the shuttle service.

The hotel was clean and felt safe while checking in and sitting in the lobby. The lobby was very well lit. The breakfast buffet was very well maintained by the staff and the food was good. Everything was pathetically pleasing and our hotel room was spacious. This was the only hotel I have stayed at that did not allow a late check out but that was the only downside.

The property needs some modernization, especially in the rooms. Overall it was a good property.

1) The breakfast was below average. Poor variety and little quantity (the fruit salad was finished in 45 minutes and there was never a refill). Also, the lettuce was old, the chicken was hard, etc. 2) The hallways were full of dirt. It seems they don't vacuum very often 3) I was in a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. In the sofa bed area, the air conditioning vents were just for show, and no air was coming out 4) because of that, I needed to put the air conditioning freezing in the king area, and keeping the door open. So one area was freezing and the other not too hot. 5) The sofa bed was the most painful "bed" I have been in my life. Springs that were almost popping out, other parts of the bed sagging. I had to sleep in a corner and avoid moving all night.6) There is no cold water in the shower 7) I almost didn't use the kitchen, but there was a 3-inch hole in the drain directly into the food disposal with no protection and the knives were so dull they couldn't peel an apple. 8) My room had a couple of doors connecting to the room next to this one (in order to be able to accommodate a bigger family), so because of that, my room was not quiet because of my neighbors

Great staff

The staff was very accommodating considering this granny arrived early with a 3 yr old! Invited us to use the pool and answered questions about the area.

I liked how Wednesday they did a cheese & meat tray with drinks. I also like the free breakfast.

The location was good, the valet service was great and the room was fabulous. My only complaint is that the bed was a little hard.
