I loved the horseshoe but did not like the check in. I started the online check in and said I might be there at 1pm so would pay the early check in fee if I got there early. Well when I finally arrived at 3:45pm to check in it was a total nightmare. Staff couldn’t direct people properly, we were told we were in wrong lines when signage didn’t indicate that. We had to wait until 4pm on nose to do the self checkin because if we waited for a clerk we would be charged early check in fee!!?? Makes no sense if it’s after 4!! So I checked in with kiosk at 4pm. Then found out at end of stay you charged me early check in fee and I asked the guy when I checked in and he said no I wouldn’t be charged if!! Other than the check in the stay was amazing. You need to revisit how check in works!

Check-in took much longer than expected. Ari was a big help at check-in. Room was clean and comfortable. Not having a coffee maker option was disappointing. Ride share location was convenient. Sphere view!

Horseshoe is a Motel not a hotel. I paid way to much for a hotel like this which had filthy bathroom, bedsheet was torn, iron was burnt, and dont dare look into the vent. NASTYYYY air vents.

This will be my third time staying here in 3 trips to Vegas; the first 2 the property was branded as Ballys. Still fabulous branded as the Horseshoe. I just wish the room had a microwave; I stayed on the 10th floor so idk if this makes a difference. Would stay a fourth time.

The only thing I have a complaint about is the maid Service didn’t come every day. Didn’t empty our trash or bring us fresh towels. Other than that, it was fine.

Loved that the food court is open all night. Loved the kiosk option for check in. Hotel is near a lot of food spots and stores (walmart, target). Hated we had to pay resort fee for each night whether we used the ammenities or not.
