This is a very nice hotel. I love the atmosphere. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was way better than any free hotel breakfast I have ever had. I look forward to staying here again!

Great office conversion to hotel. Beautiful marble throughout. Lots of history. All staff was very welcoming and responsive. The breakfast was delicious and the wine bar a special addition. Super close to the Alamo and many restaurants. Easy walk or Lyft to Riverwalk. Valet super friendly and helpful especially for a first time visitor to San Antonio.

The hotel was excellent again, great room, price and location for the Alamo and Riverwalk was superb. Fantastic breakfast - lots of choice.
Only downside is the building work taking place opposite the hotel.

The room was in okayish condition. The sheets were stained and had to be taken off. The pillows and actual bedding were also stained. Since I checked in after 10:30 pm, I had to call 3 times before I reached anyone for a new set of sheets. I had to put a towel on the mattress because sleeping on stained things is gross. Underneath the bed was cleaned; found condom wrappers which weren’t removed the entire time I was there. Staff was nice but cleaning needs improvement.

The air conditioner was very loud and would cut on and off in the night. It did not make for a restful night's sleep. Everything else was lovely with the hotel, but the air conditioner was too much!
