Great place to stay. Hotel room was clean, facilities great. Staff really helpful and nice. Easy access to Manhattan by PATH or ferry from right outside the hotel.
The Manhattan skyline at night is fantastic from the small park area outside the hotel or in the morning while having breakfast. There is also a playground which our son enjoyed right outside.
The breakfast was pretty good for American standards. No complaints here.
Our room had a small kitchenette. There is a whole foods supermarket 7min by foot away, which is really convenient.
We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back one day.

Everything was excellent. Good gym space. Neighbor was wonderful. Only down side was the food at the rooftop bar was underwhelming but they did have good drinks.

We got a spacious 2 queen-bedroom with a slight view of the Husdon River. I like it because breakfast is delicious and the hotel is always clean. This hotel is just a few steps away from PATH Exchange Place (very convenient if you plan to explore NYC) and Hudson River Waterfront Walkway with the scenic view of the Manhattan skyline. The place is also convenient to a lot of restaurants and a playground. Staff is also approachable. Would recommend this place to my friends. 😁

We stayed here for 3 night for sightseeing in NYC. The property was nice and we love the views from the roof top. It is conveniently located. Both train station and ferry terminal to NYC were nearby. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance. The only thing that both me a little bit was the bed kind of soft to my taste (personal preference here). Also, we can hear the light rail train going by while in bed.

It's always great to stay at the Hyatt House. The rooms are big and comfortable.
This time, I noticed a bigger flux of families with children. At the breakfast place, there was a piano, and many kids kept hammering it without any of the staff intervening to stop this kind of behavior. This is a high-end business hotel, and such incidents should not occur. Of course, it is mostly the parent's problem, but the staff should reinforce respect.

Romm was not ready at 3PM when we checked in. They had given the occupants an extended check out. We were asked to wait in the terrace for 1/2 hour. After an hour I went to the front desk and asked for another room; which they found and gave to us. We were an hour late for a wedding rehearsal dinner we were participating in. Hôtel très agréable. Il est très bien localisé à l'entrée de Jersey City à deux minutes à pied du Path pour rejoindre le WTC en 5 minutes. La vue sur la Skyline depuis les quais ou la salle de petit déjeuner est magnifique.
La chambre était grande et propre, literie confortable. Le menage est fait tous les deux jours.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Wonderful location. Convenient parking and close to public transportation. Absolutely beautiful views.
However, the check in process was unpleasant and our room was not ready even when arriving 20 minutes after check in time. The hotel seemed to do the least possible to remedy the situation and only offered somewhat more reasonable compensation when I pointed out a free appetizer at the hotel restaurant seemed a little cheap given that I had to wait with children for just under an hour after being told the room would be ready in 10 minutes. Thumbs down on service.
