I called early to see if my room msy be available earmier than checkin & they said they were sold out & it should be ready at 3. We arrive at the hotel at 2 & I was told my room would be ready at 3. Show up at 320 & my room still wasn't ready when I was assured it would be ready at 3. It ended up not being ready until almost 400. I totally get you among other hotels were sold out due to the bailey zimmerman concert. But please don't tell customers checkin is at 3 & my room would be ready, then it's not ready. It was only redy at almost 4 after making a big deal about it. So frustrating & disappointing. I doubt I'll stay at another hyatt place in the future.

Their system kept charging me a bunch of random fees that took several times of asking to get them removed. The power went out, their system was down for days, they put us in a room right by the elevator and it was horribly loud, but let me move the next day. The rooms weren't very clean and the lighting was bad in the bathroom. Otherwise it was great for parking and the staff was nice.

Check in was at 3. We got there at 4 and it was still an hour until our room was ready. Only 1 elevator worked. Our friends toilet wouldn’t flush. On top of that they overbooked because do a concert(why we were there). They were calling people to cancel their reservations the day of the concert. Luckily we weren’t that unlucky. The room itself was nice, but overall it was not a great experience.

Check-in time was 3pm. We arrived at 4:40pm and our room wasn’t ready. We were asked to wait 30 minutes or take a different room. We opted for the other room due to premade plans and needing to get ready. We were not offered a refund in price difference for the smaller room.

Room was not ready when we got there. We got there at 4:45 PM and had to go to a concert and we had to come back at 10:30 and they still had the wrong room available. We asked them for a 2 bed queen room and they tried to give us a 1 queen with a side hide a bed that had a nasty mattress. We decided to leave and asked for our money back. Will never go back there again!

Came to location and the room I reserved online was not available. So had to switch to a different room with a king size bed (no idea if it was a different price hostess didn’t divulge that information). Walk into room and the smell of pot hits our face, bathroom is a small closet, you have to stand in the shower to close the door. The toilet wasn’t sealed correctly so it ran unless you jiggled the handle. My wife went to use the hair dryer provided and it shorted out after 5 mins.

The staff are very friendly and professional and our hotel room was very nice. Check in and out were super easy. The location of the hotel is awesome near shops, lots of restaurants and access to the Big Creek Greenway trail is 0.6m from the hotel. One of the lifts was out of commission for more than a day of our stay and the lifts were rather slow so that took quite a bit of time to go up and down to leave the hotel/ come back in. Breakfast was ok but the hot food didn’t look very appetizing; there were 3 choices of cereal; there were bread and bagels to toast, butter, jelly, peanut butter and cream cheese, and little containers of mixed fruit. And today there was vanilla yogurt. The fresh fruit was ok some days and other days there were strawberries stuck together with mold which made me doubt if they washed the fruit. The boiled eggs were very over boiled so the white was rubbery and the yolk grey on the outside. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the room was a nice hotel room with a sofa and tv area, a desk and fridge. The bathroom which had a shower and toilet in was rather small. The sink was outside the bathroom.

The property was very nice and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. When we first pulled up it looked as thought they had to evict somebody. All their belongings were out front of the main entrance and all of the carts were full and could not be used for new guest coming in. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, we asked multiple times to have our room cleaned. Not one time did they come in to clean, empty trash or restore towels. We had to go downstairs everyday to request towels. A few of those time we were told we would have to come back because they were still washing, (at 5pm). WiFi was out the entire time and the whole hotel lost power on the second night for an hour, we couldn’t access our rooms or anything. Lastly we had ants coming from the ac unit. We didn’t know where they were coming from until the last night and by then I tired of what seemed like we were bothering the front desk so we just stomped until they were dead. I won’t be back to that location.

Here's an updated version of your review that includes your current situation: --- Review of [Hotel Name] I recently booked two rooms for two days through the Hotels.com app and paid half upfront. Upon arrival, I checked my team in and paid the remaining balance in full. However, a few hours before our check-out time, I was informed by the clerk that one of the rooms was showing as unpaid and that they didn’t know where the funds were, despite having taken a deposit for both rooms. The clerk suggested I call Hotels.com to track down my payment, which was very frustrating, especially late at night. According to my receipt, the booking was paid for in full, yet I still haven't received my $50 deposit for each room. It was bewildering to be told that I must have paid someone else when everything was settled on my end. Now back home, six hours away, I still haven’t received any updates regarding the refund for my deposits. This delayed communication has been incredibly disappointing. Aside from this significant issue, I found the hotel to be professionally organized, with clean rooms and very friendly staff. If it weren’t for this payment confusion and lack of follow-up, my experience would have been excellent
