Independent (SPHC) BEACHWOOD EXTENDED SUITES by IHG, an IHG Hotel

They were in the middle of remodeling so they put alot missing things so they have stuff out of the way like no ice trays in the refrigerator, not enough towels and no plates or silverware but the guy at the desk said that they are not normally but I would think they would at least have a sign telling you to asked at the desk for them. Your visitor still need the items as larger of a building they could have maybe made a totally floor kept with everything while they worked on another floor maybe.

Only thing that bothered me was the 50 dollar charge extra for the coverage of the room threw me off then tried to charge my card 4 different times between 50 to 100 dollars

Needs a good cleaning and rehabilitation

Came into the room with dirty facecloths on nightstand and bathroom. Like someone was in there doing they thing before I checked in. Don't go there

cockroaches in the microwave and cabinets

The room was not clean and there were roaches in the room and microwave.

The hotel had everything i needed in a suite. It was an older hotel but was comfortable and very clean. The staff was excellent. The other occupants were nice. The gym is awaiting new equipment. I would stay here again.

Because of the renevation there is no full breakfast.its only coffee. It be nice if there is a lite breakfast grab-n-go coffee and donuts or coffee and muffins The breakfast area isn't near any of the renevation area Thank You.

The hotel was dirty, the room was dirty had hair in the tub, and rings of dirt around it as well. There was sticky stuff in the drawer. And bodily fluid stains on the pull out mattress.

hotel was dirty and loud the service was subpar and getting a refund was a hassle

I like all that was explain above what I find like was the building lost power and I had an accident in there back parking lot so them the two things I did not like!

Everything was quick and easy the staff were nice.

It could use some updates. The bathroom door was dirty and it was a smokey floor and I don't smoke. I didn't see any extra blankets for it got a little colder into the nite. And it looked like a burn on the toilet seat and I was supposed to be in a non-smoking room .

Sink stopper not working, missing bathtub and kitchen sink stoppers, didn't supply advertised amenities for extended stay, thermostat in room not working properly, tv control not responsive. But on the good side - room was clean. All in all, what you might expect for the price.

It was very nice! I stay here often!
