2 things.
1. The pool was closed for major maintenance issues. It would have been nice to have known that before I booked our 2 day stay.
2. The floor in the bathroom was tiled with the same synthetic flooring as the whole place. It is not designed to be in wet environments and dirty water gets down between the tiles and bubbles up when you step on it! Gross! There were dirty lines soaked into the bath mats!

This property was chosen for our summer vacation. However, the pool was closed for the remainder of the year. We chose the hotel for the availability of the pool. This place is not as advertised. I feel cheated.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were a decent size, we were provided towels when we asked. So, it was a good situation, for sure. However, the pool was shut down and has been for awhile, with no intent on it being open for at least the rest of 2025- so that should have been disclosed. Also, they charge $5 a night for parking - and that was nowhere to be found on my booking. There were also lots of inconveniences, like the side door was broken so people kept propping ot open with a rock.

not only it was the bathroom disgusting but there was pretzel pieces from the previous occupant all over the floor. I requested a late checkout was told it would be granted and then had a housekeeper banging on my door like the police 10 minutes after checkout time, and when I answer the door and informed her that I had requested a late check out, she said well guess what it hasn’t been approved, so you need to get out. Very unprofessional then received a text message from the hotel stating that my late check out was not approved after this confrontation. Not to mention, the pool was closed and the rest of the property was poorly maintained.

Easy check in, nice rooms that was perfect for our quick overnight stop. Ac worked well! Love the back lit bathroom mirrors and larger bathroom quartz countertop! Everything was clean and quiet! Only complaint would be the thin bed covers. I like a bit more of a comforter or bed cover.

Microwave was broken. Hair dryer was broken. The main bathroom light was out.
We brought out food to hear up to the hotel office. Because they didn't replace just a microwave.
It was inconvenient over all.
