I stay for one night with my spouse. The service was good. The only thing I have to mention is after you do pay here through hotels.com. They ask you to leave $75 deposit and they will return it to you after three days if you don’t have any problems, otherwise everything my day was nice clean nothing bad to say

Everything about this hotel was fine. The room we got stuck in was next to elevator and while the guests using the elevator was no problem the overall mechanical sound every time the elevator was used was extreme loud with rumbling as if you were actually sleeping in the elevator shaft. Very little sleep was had. Breakfast was fine. Staff was fine. Room location sucked

It was close to where we needed to be. This might be the 1st review of a hotel in my 61 years. Im not sure wear to start. Mold on windows, carpet was ripped in room. Mirror in bathroom was broken. We were on elevator and an employee got on with the giant tub of garage. Hallways smelt bad. I will say the AC in the room worked great.

Our room key card and did not work first try so had front desk reset it and it worked the second try, however, someone else was occupying the room and had the chain lock on. Embarrassing!! Good thing they were ok about it.
Female at front desk was flustered saying that room had been ready for us all along. The room we were given was not bad, bed pretty comfy, but not the cleanest (had to keep shoes on as floor was not great). Could see cobwebs on lampshade etc. air con was very loud.
Nothing much around there if you are on foot and took us a long time to find somewhere to eat.

The outside grounds were great, walking int the lobby looked great but in the room on the 4th floor, felt as if you would fall through floor...could feel floor's instability.
Bathroom not well maintained...rust on hinges of door, could tell where wall siding had been caulked haphazardly, and noticed dead bug and dirt along wall behind table with lamp. Upon checking out, asked for printout, was refused printout. Wanted to see charges. Upon arrival was told I had been charged $75 deposit yet at check out at 5:30 am, was vehemently told to get with third party I made reservation with in order to get a receipt. Not very customer friendly courteous, or professional.
