The room above us had a person that was a heavy walker that you could hear in our room in the middle of the night.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We loved the view over the lake Mead. It was a little isolated from the rest of the city, so you need a car to access and go around. The room is wide and comfortable, and a lot of rooms have a balcony with Lake Mead views.

Great motel in a great location. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Price was awesome. Would definitely stay again. Lighting in the bathroom was not very good though, so I would recommend brighter lightbulbs for sure.

The AC unit was ancient and so loud I had to turn it off. Then was too hot. The lights outside the pool were so bright all night that the room stayed light with curtains shut.

We really enjoyed this stay. It is an older place and could probably use a refurb but it was convenient and it is in a great location. The beds were a little bit...granite like. LOL We went and bought a thick comforter to help to make it comfortable. Overall...we had a great weekend.

The overall stay was okay. The staff were nice (really only the front desk person but did have a quick passing with maintenance) the room its self was just okay. Was not fully clean - there was food/something spilled on the wall by the trash cans that wasn't clean and kind of nasty right across from out bed and the jacuzzi wasn't fully cleaned. Other than those things it was nice and quiet and parking was convenient. Also I didn't go into the pool since there were things at the bottom (I did plan too but didn't seem like it was cleaned that day and I don't mean leaves - almost looked like a bunch of soggy tissue. )

Stayed in a recently refurbished room, I think, 118. Curtain had holes, exterior paint on the AC was peeling. My partner was subject to a shower of dust from the bathroom vent during her shower. Pillows were dated, linens were fine.

- Computer problem at check in, 15 minutes delay
- Non-smoking room stank of smoke. Had to go back to lobby to change rooms. Next room was fine.
- Room cleanness and amenities were ok, but no more than ok. Ironing board was broken.

The staff was friendly and our room was clean but showed some wear. I have to say the mattress and pillows were not comfotable. It was convenient to where we need to be the next morning.

Very dog friendly. Sprinklers went on the dog lawn at 8:00 am, second time out for my dog, before leaving. would alter that time.
