The staff was very nice and helpful. We loved the view over the lake Mead. It was a little isolated from the rest of the city, so you need a car to access and go around. The room is wide and comfortable, and a lot of rooms have a balcony with Lake Mead views.

Great motel in a great location. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Price was awesome. Would definitely stay again. Lighting in the bathroom was not very good though, so I would recommend brighter lightbulbs for sure.

The staff was friendly and our room was clean but showed some wear. I have to say the mattress and pillows were not comfotable. It was convenient to where we need to be the next morning.

The room itself was comfortable, but showing a lot of signs of wear and tear. This is our second time staying and it's in a great location. Boulder City is a beautiful, quiet city close to Vegas without the noise and crowds.
Front desk staff are great, but housekeeping is weird. Our trash and towels were changed every day, but nothing cleaned and beds not made. Beds aren't a biggie, I can make my own but I don't have cleaning implements to wipe mirrors, clean tub or vacuum carpet. When you are staying for multiple nights, these things are important.
That's pretty much my only complaint, but it's a concern. Otherwise, beds are comfy. Fridge in room is great for keeping things cold snd being able to sit on balcony was great!
Didn't have time to try pool or hot tub this time.

It was very quiet except for the air conditioner shut off and on in the room. We loved the surroundings. When we took a small walk we could see the desert mountains around us and a view of Lake Mead that’s beautiful. The bed was a bit bumpy and made sleeping a bit difficult throughout the night, but overall we enjoyed getting away from everything. The front desk person is very nice and the staff were very helpful.

Convenient overnight stop between visiting Hoover Dam for the day and Lake Mead/Valley of Fire and 5 minutes from historic downtown Boulder City with several dining options. Looks like a locally owned place that used to be a Comfort Inn. Front desk/owner staff was nice and suggested seeing the sheep in a nearby park. Snacks, drinks and souvenirs for purchase were very reasonably priced and convenient. Breakfast was basic (coffee, muffins, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt) but free and served my needs. Room was spacious with view out to Lake Mead. Pool (understandable with cooler weather) was closed but so was the hot tub, docking a star from an otherwise good stay. Recommend.

Everything about this hotel was very good, especially the view and location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very much enjoying our time there until the last two nights when a noisy chain smoker checked in next door. The design of the rooms has the intake for the AC in our room located on the smoker’s room deck so as he would chain smoke on his deck, all the smoke would be blown into our room so bad it was like we were in an ashtray..we couldn’t run the fan to drown out the other guest’s banging around because it would blow our room full of smoke. Ruined the last two days of an otherwise excellent stay. Another issue but minor one is the that bathroom door was designed too close to the toilet so the door only opens part way..an annoyance but not a deal killer..Other than that, we’d definitely book here again!
