Great hotel and we had a wonderful stay. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again. The breakfast at onsite restaurant was fantastic!

Great place to stay, close to everything in downtown Philly. Right off Broad St. In walking distance to all the popular attractions. Beware that there in NO free parking. Valet parking is 66.00 a night or you can park up the street in public parking for 33.00 a day.

Property was under contruction and started early in the AM. Cleaning supplies left in my room from a past clean. I've stayed 2x at this hotel and will not return due to price value.

No Photo ID = No Stay.
No Where is this Posted as a "MUST HAVE"
They threw a 70-year-old person out of their hotel at MIDNIGHT in JANUARY in PHILADELPHIA because I did not have PHOTO ID. A person who spent 12 hours at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital with a life partner undergoing very sensitive heart surgery. Oh, and they KNEW ALL OF THIS.
NOT ONE PHONE CALL WAS MADE ON MY BEHALF.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel overnight because it was supposedly an upscale hotel close to the Christmas Village and the terminal market. I loved the location because of that. However, I paid extra for a room with a downtown view. I wasn't given that room, and I was disappointed. Moreover, the furniture and room fixtures were dusty, and the mattress wasn't properly made. The customer service attendants were not as accommodating as I had anticipated. I expected more from this establishment.

Though photos on the website showed a chair my room did not. It had a high top stool with a low back. Fine for a young professional but I'm 82 and like a chair to put my shoes on and read. I asked; they said they did not have one. The food was odd--a "smashburger" about 3/4" thick and thin supermarket guacamole on the avocado toast.
