Lively Beach

The location was great. The hotel is priced appropriately. We were here for other commitments and didn’t get much beach time other than a few strolls during our stay. We will definitely be back and staying for fun at the beach. I loved having a kitchen to make healthy meals but there are tons of food options nearby. I did appreciate the contactless check in/out since we were arriving late and leaving early.

A+ customer service. Fansea, Victor, and Catherine were all great hosts. The property was well maintained and peaceful. Paradise. Will be back soon!

I loved the property. A great unit and glad we got the extra couch. Would love some blackout shades.

We’ve stayed at Lively Beach about 6 times now. Unfortunately this was the first time I have a complaint. The staff is great the pool great the board walk is amazing and the grounds were clean but the room. There was an odor of like urine in the bedroom and there were small black stains on the towels and bed sheets and the oven in our kitchen didn’t work.

Quick and easy access to the beach(walkable)!!! Check-in was a breeze. Friendly staff!

People were friendly, facility was nice. Needed several repair in room while staying, all addressed quickly.

Beautiful resort!

Property is less than 100 yards from the beach and very close to grocery stores and local shopping. Ms. Fancy and the rest of the onsite staff are a high speed group. They made our stay very comfortable and worry free. Will definitely book with them again.

Amazing place to stay! Definitely top favorite resort ever !! The room had a pull Out bed which was very convenient, full size refrigerator, stove , microwave , dishwasher. Cute little keurig coffeemaker had some cups with cream and sugar . Beds had clean sheets which is a HUGE plus! Pool I think was heated, but after a a long day at the beach the heated pool felt amazing. Really liked having the outside showers by the pool to help rinse off that sand. The sky decks on top of the resorts had so much sitting space which had great views of the scenery. Also, the front staff, great friendly faces , very helpful. Will definitely come back to add more memories!

Location is spectacular!! Only 4 stars bc the bed was TERRIBLE. Other than that it was awesome

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Lovely room. Awesome pool. Clean property and we'll maintained. Boardwalk is perfect.

Enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach with its own boardwalk and fire pit! Pool was beautiful. Overall room was clean. Only downside was check in at 4pm ( we got text at 3:59) and checkout at 10am but they let us checkout at 11am without paying extra! The property feels more geared towards older crowd less kids so was a nice weekend getaway!

This was our 2nd stay at Lively Beach. They have great amenities, fun daily activities and a wonderful location just steps away from Mustang Island.

Although this is not on the ocean it’s nearby. The pool is nice, it’s clean, the staff is friendly. We like having a kitchen and extra room to spread out. It’s a good place yo stay for south Texas. IYKYK.

We absolutely fell in LOVE with this great hidden gem! Oops, hope I didn't let the secret out! Off the busy touristy beach with great pool and amenities! Thank you Lively Beach, definitely be back someday!

Great place in a quiet area. I enjoyed the piece and quiet. Everything was nice except the beds/pillows. Very uncomfortable.

The property was average. Laundry in a particular building was coin operated. We went to the office multiple times to ask for towels, trash bags, where ice was, etc. It would have been nice to answer a lot of those questions the first time we came in to inquire. The walk way to the beach was so covered with sand that the door was held open and you had to duck to get through. The place could use some paint and a door to the ice machine that is easier to open.
