Lively Beach

Nice property, but mgmt staff was unprofessional. We had made arrangements. We contacted management the week before because we reserve some rooms for a military retirement party and we have family from out of town coming in. We were told by management that we could use the rooftop patio for a small get together and had friends and family there. We moved down to the fire pit and a very rude employee Told us that every person there who did not have a room could not had to leave. They called the cops and even the cops thought it was a joke. We arrived in the middle of a storm and it was very hard to find our room. Very clean but the toilet seat was broke and the bed and pillows very uncomfortable. We went to Walmart and purchased pillows. Very quiet and the resort was secluded but very convenient to get to restaurants and shopping. I would stay again.

We had a so-so four-night stay. The property should not identify as a resort as the only amenities are the on-site pool, and golf cart rental. You can only drive the carts around the corner to the beach. The property listed a scavenger hunt but could not produce a paper for the game. Instead, they offered a prize from the treasure chest. We did enjoy a day at the beach and the ride on the golf cart. I got a chance to fly my kite. The property was quiet, and clean with the exception of the floors. Our socks were black from walking on the floors. We experienced several power outages, which was no fault of the property. The beach was a beautiful sight each morning. The view is the main reason I may stay again.

Easy beach access to walk to or drive as you can drive on beach in this area. Also close to shops and dining.

The property was very nice overall. The hotel location and grounds were very nice. The room was great in design but not cleaned well and smelled of urine. There were not the correct sheets for the sofa bed pull out. There were only 3 glasses, dirty dishes in the cabinets and dead remotes for the tvs.

Our stay at Lively Beach was nothing short of amazing. Easy to locate, easy access to our room, spacious room, easy access to the beach, and clean pool area. The property was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Will be back this summer.

Our stay was very accommodating, it felt like home. We loved the space and having a big nice table to have family meals. We loved the heated pool, and really enjoyed our golf cart rental to have a stroll on the beach.

As if the place is all to yourself! Lively offers a unique experience experience that surpasses any option available in the area!

Great quiet stay in a remote location

Very private and laid back. A true go at your own pace, full kitchen was a bonus. Home cooking and vacation all in one.

The place was great and amazing. Only downside i can see is there no ramp to the beach or that i didnt see. There a ramp back to condo but not to the beach. Overall great experince and i will defiantly be coming back

Employees were friendly. Wine & paint was fun, fire pit with music was great. Golf cart price was bit steep $75 in the off season. The property is beautiful! However, all I could out my window were these rusty steel containers on the property that were such an eyesore! Why on earth they spent all this money for a lovely property, boardwalk, gas fire pit, etc then put these atrocious, rusting steel containers beside is beyond my understanding. I get the cost savings but seems the wrong place to cut it. At first we had no water pressure in our shower and our sink drained slow. We mentioned it to the maintenance man Jorge and he promptly grabbed his tools and resolved the issues. He was so very kind! You definitely need a car when staying at this resort. It’s private and isolated. Had a great, quiet, relaxing time!

Clean and comfy beds

This is our third stay at the Lively Beach resort, and we always enjoy the daily memories, it is the perfect home alway from home. The staffing always take full ownership in providing help and also giving us the space to take in the moments. A wonderful environment and atmosphere.
