Overall a great experience. Our room was right behind the elevator so we constantly heard that noise which was slightly annoying. Also, the wifi was extremely slow despite paying for it

I felt like their restaurant was excessively expensive. They said the breakfast buffet was a bargain $45 per person for the Eagles parade celebration… it is normally $55 per person for breakfast! C’mon unless they’re serving lobster or fillet for breakfast there’s no way that’s worth it. They are taking advantage of hotel guests unfamiliar with the area. And the lunch buffet was 65 per person. No chance of just ordering à la carte.
I get the impression they can’t be bothered serving food and that seems to be what happened because it was not busy at breakfast or lunch.

The Lowes Philadelphia is a nice hotel but very expensive. Parking is $60 a night and there is no complimentary breakfast. The room was very nice, but as a person who has a hard time falling asleep, i was up till about 4am on Monday morning, and at 6am a loud sawing noise started going off on the floor above us. It was so loud it woke me up. When i called the service desk they acted as though they had no idea what it was and said they were sending security up to check it out. Right after the sawing that went on for 10 to 15 minutes i heard banging. My guess is they had construction going on, but that early in the morning is ridiculous. We got up and decided to check out early since there was no way i could sleep with that noise. I had a two hour drive home on 2 hours of sleep. They apologised upon checking out but did not offer a discount. We were not there for the Superbowl but happened to need to be in Philadelphia that Sunday and Monday for a family member having open heart sugery. They usually offer a discount to people staying there for the Hospital, but wouldnt offer the discount to me because of the SuperBowl. The only reason i selected to stay at this hotel was the distance to the hospital and it was very close. It's a great location and very clean. The 3 stars i am giving is for the noise at 6am when i had just fallen asleep. Otherwise the stay was nice.

I had a great experience. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I arrived early and they were able to check me in early and gave me a free upgrade. I had to leave a day earlier than expected due to the snow storms, and they took off the charge for my second night without me asking. The room was very clean and over all was a great and hassle free experience.
