The Loews is always a wonderful place to stay! From the high quality decor to luxury amenities, it's always at the top of our choices to stay in Philadelphia. Check in took especially long as there were only 2 attendants at the reservations desk and a very long line of guests. People were trying to be patient but it seemed like management didn't care how they were taxing their staff at the most important part of their guest's stay, the beginning. The staff was very professional and did their best tap dance to keep people happy.
Other than that, everything was great. A beautiful place, as always!

It was very easy to check in. I found it a bit difficult to find parking area. Only reason was GPS sent me on 12th and Market. Was told by hotel cleck how to get to parking. Saturday morning it was a little difficult to grab a smoke with the panhandlers in the area looking for money. Got hit up twice. Got to keep security roaming the area. I know its difficult. Hotel staff was very pleasant no matter who i said hello too
We'll be back for another adventure.

No pool. No spa. No upgrades. Did not honor my VIP Expedia membership perks. Concierge lady was rude. Not happy or welcoming at all.
Check in was smooth. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Bar area is nice. Location is great. Walkable to everything.

Reception was very rude. He tried to put us in a king and a rollaway despite us reserving a room with 2 beds. Blamed it on Expedia. He wouldn’t give us our room despite the supervisor asking him to do it. She had to do it herself!

Some of the amenities were closed with no notice. Also just a heads up, our room faced an apartment or condo building and people were just walking around butt naked. Wasn’t expecting that!
