The room was clean and nice smelling. They had soap and towels but one of the towels had old stains on them. Shower was hot and clean. Overall it was a great experience

When I checked in no one was at the front desk, had to wait 20min before anyone showed up. The room smelled, the large towels were dirty, they did not provide face towels and never brought clean towels for the next 2days. the trash was never remove during my entire stay. someone tried to come in room on day 2. lock on door did not work had to use latch. no remote for tv, I asked for remote never got it. shower curtain to small floor gets wet. roaches in the room. right outside my door was broken glass. I would not consider staying here again and am considering calling state and health department. I would like a refund as this was a major inconvenience this hotel should be condemed

You can tell theyre trying. One room was further along in renovations then the other. Warmest, softest comforters weve had at a motel stay ever. Front desk was super nice. We will be back to see their success

It's nice that Loyalty Inn (previously Motel 6) added a pool and has a nice staff. Unfortunately that's about the only good thing. There's no hot water, no mini fridge, and it took over an hour to find the correct remote to the television.

Not great, but it was cheap so I didn't expect much. The curtains fell down twice within the first 20 minutes. Cramped room that was not meant for two beds, so cramped the bedside table had to be turned 90° to even fit. Not enough outlets for the appliances so had to choose which two you wanted plugged in between the TV, microwave, fridge, and the lamp. Overhead light didn't work and one of the lamps didn't have a lightbulb. Bathroom door taped together and difficult to open, front door difficult to shut. Latch of the front door missing the hook. No TV remote, tried to call multiple different numbers, all hung up on us. Vending machines broken. Sink drain stopper didn't work. AC was taped up, tape must have pulled up and a huge bug got inside.

I booked for a 2 bed and upon arrival they only had a 1 bed because they gave away the 2 beds that i had already booked for and i was accompanying 4 peaople. I requested to cancel and for a refund but never recieved refund.

Most horrible experience ever. No hot water , Dirty room, couldn’t get clean towels,Bed bugs, only 12 inches between the 2 beds, plywood holding air conditioner in place and then a inch gap were anyone could look in . I could go on but you get the point. HORRIBLE
