Love the pool area, having 2 to 3 pools makes it great to get away of area with kids. The hotel was clean easy check in and out. Food court had coupons for every resturant. Lots of fun things to do. Tram option was great and easy to use. There is a bis that takes ypu to downtown strip located right out feont very inexpensive and convenient. On the plus side won lots of money. Would definitely recommend. Had a great time.

The room was fine. The hotel is definitely old and out dated. They charge guests for parking which seems ridiculous. Our car was stolen from the garage dispute the gated parking. Security was helpful as they could be. They returned the parking and resort fee but not the room charge.

Quick stopover. All we wanted was clean comfortable bed and good shower. Got 2/3. The bed mattress is awful. This hotel is clearly in need of an upgrade or renovation . Staff very friendly

Upgraded to a pyramid elite suite which was disgusting. Waken up on 1st night by a cockroach crawling over my face!!! I killed it and asked for staff to clean it up. They didn’t and it remained in the room all week!! Got some discount but it ruined the whole trip!!! Management were rude and the so called elite suite, although spacious was dirty, dated and certainly not worth the money!! Stay somewhere else !!!

Staff was great. Room was great. Automated check in and check out is very tedious and doesn't always work.
Ordered room service breakfast from Pyramid Cafe. Omelet was missing ingredients and I couldn't reach anyone to correct my order. That was disappointing and not acceptable.

Tons of walking involved to get to the parking, the front desk, etc.
You have to pay $350.00 to use the cabanas at the pool.
They add on almost $200.00 per room in resort fees and deposits.
Our room had someone elses eyelashes all over the bathroom when we checked in.
The check-in line was over an hour long.
