Had a great stay at the Luxor, room was clean and plenty of food options. Close to Allegiant stadium and that was the main reason for the stay. Will stay closer to the middle of the strip next time but had a nice experience at Luxor.

I like the front desk clerk who helped me. He was truly amazing to accommodate my request to be in a higher floor. His name is Gab. My children and I were so happy with Gab’s customer service.

Love the pool area, having 2 to 3 pools makes it great to get away of area with kids. The hotel was clean easy check in and out. Food court had coupons for every resturant. Lots of fun things to do. Tram option was great and easy to use. There is a bis that takes ypu to downtown strip located right out feont very inexpensive and convenient. On the plus side won lots of money. Would definitely recommend. Had a great time.

Trying to find the pool was the most difficult thing. We asked 4 different staff and went all around the property. There was no wash cloths in the bathroom and only two towels. Rooms are definitely dated and needed updating. The overhead lighting flashed when turned on. Bathroom floor was pretty dirty.

This property was gross and not very well organized. We tried to do the mobile check in. They try and make it easy because they have long lines for check in. So we did that. Received a text with the room number, but no other instructions on where it’s located and you need to know what elevator and building it is in. We were lost for 20 mins. Asked a couple employees and finally found it. Get to the room and the wall outside our room the wallpaper is peeling off the wall and behind it is mold!! Literally water damage a mold in the hallway. Our room was noisy inside because the windows do nothing for the sound on the street outside. Then I just received our bill for one night it was suppose to be $238. We were charged $380 I never would have stayed there had I known they would charge these extra fees for a property that started out at $161 for one night all the way to $220 more!! That’s insane! Only reason I chose this place was the proximity to the Allegiant Stadium. I would never stay here again!

I had called a couple days prior to see if I can check in earlier than 3:00 p.m. and the representative told me no that check-in was at 3:00 but when I get to the hotel I was offered at early check-in but did not know so we ended up wasting time on the strip rather than being in the room and resting before our concert events. It was a real inconvenience as we wanted to rest before a concert at allegiant stadium. We had to rush checkin at 3:00 and waited almost 30 mins for a digital copy of my keycard for my room to be ready.

We 'upgraded' to a Tower but unknown to us the elevator was SO far away which was difficult for 2 seventy+ year old Grandparents there to watch our Grandaughter play volleyball.
Our mattress was horrible, felt like we would slide off when you sat on the edge.
We left a day early.

Beautiful front entrance and inside of hotel, but outside area for smoking is very dirty and cigarette butts are everywhere. No outside ash/trash can in area. Drainage area at base of building where rain water would drain is full of trash and in view of public. Time to remodel the rooms, no heat in bathroom, no fridge in our room. However staff is top notch.

The room wasn't bad and it was clean but the shower head was leaking from the moment I walked in the room and noni did not shower there. I had a concert to go to so I didn't think much of it at the time. But when I got back and went to sleep the constant drip noises were extremely annoying I tried turning the shower head different ways tightening the knob more even put a towel in the shower could still here the drip drip drip all night long. Then in the morning I hear cops outside and watched a man jump off the Excalibur from my room. Not really their fault on that part but it didn't make the stay any better.

It is situated south of the strip which makes everything a little longer to get to by feet.
Also ceiling was dripping in some areas.
Otherwise, good size rooms and very quiet.
